In Illinois now what the governor of Illinois Pat Quinn has said is if this will bring 11100 jobs to Illinois.
And it will help with Illinois budget woes why do you think -- there's something else going on here.
You know Alice in our soldiers are fighting and dying over -- Afghanistan.
And they're doing it to keep the terrorists away from our shores.
-- they're doing it you know under extreme conditions under insane rules of engagement that afford all of the advantages to the terrorists on this battlefield.
And they're doing it to keep the terrorists away from us.
The president know Obama has promised to close gitmo and this is his way to do it.
In fact -- 2009.
Issued an executive order.
That cleared the way for Thomson prison to be bought and used before the transfer of gitmo prisoners.
To Illinois but since then the administration hasn't talked much about it what makes you think.
That they -- reviving the plan for gitmo prisoners as opposed to you just turning this into a federal prisoner as our federal prison.
Well I'm -- suspicious and I think a lot of us IRA I mean it's a theory they act door thwarting.
Of the will of congress in the American people the way they've attempted to buy this prison.
You know get -- cost the taxpayers 500 million dollars.
Illinois taxpayers have spent a 140 million dollars to Bill Thompson and it sits -- You know what I'm concerned about and what I don't understand is why this president senator Durbin and governor Quinn.
Are more concerned about murdering terrorist and get loans and they are about.
The crime rate in the murder rate here on the streets in Chicago.
We've got little kids being shot out porches so my suggestions -- found -- to be a little more concerned about the safety of the people in Illinois.
Get that prison up and running as a state prison quick releasing the criminals underwear streets early.
And you know what that will create a lot of local jobs in sterling -- understand those people out there want jobs and there's a way to do it.
But this this wasteful spending it's ridiculous and they need to stop.
In fact you point out that the prisons.
In Illinois are overcrowded they can't accommodate all the convicts already in Illinois -- you do want Thompson to be open.
But you don't want it to -- gitmo prisoners.
It should be open -- -- state prison.
We got you know we've got kids -- -- -- porch it's here in Chicago this is ridiculous I heard governor Quinn say the other day.
This'll make it safer for people across this country.
Well I'd like to ask given President Obama and senator Durbin what about the people in the little -- in Chicago that are -- shot.
The murder rate here is through the rope it's it's -- can't -- the worst it's ever bad.
I have a solution known to all of this and here's my solution if you want to stop this wasteful spending that's going on with this administration.
If you want to stop the threat of terrorism that electing Mitt Romney there will be no gitmo detainees coming to this short Mitt Romney is elected president.
