The Florida State Democratic Party we're told now under investigation for possible voter registration fraud.

We don't know the details but the complaints about the party and to voter outreach groups are now being investigated by Florida law enforcement.

You know it all started a about a week ago without Republican company.

Whose owner -- sprawl is defending his work.

In an exclusive Fox News interview mr.

-- blamed a handful of ex workers who he says violated company policy and the law.

By handing in fraudulent registration forms.

His company -- strategic allies consulting.

-- for -- says it out of 5000 workers in five states less than ten did something wrong.

When law enforcement -- looks into this situation.

What they will find is that our company had a systematic effort of quality control.

They look for people trying to cheat the system when we found them we fired them immediately we have a long paper trail.

Come to demonstrate that the handful of people who we caught cheating the system were fired and turned over to investigators for prosecution.

And even those contracts -- with the Republican Party he says his firm also did registered Democrats.

Rumor and innuendo run rampant and I think it is a sexy -- story thirty days out from a presidential election.

She screamed the word fraud and it's unfortunate registering voters -- is critical to the success of our country and and to the electoral process.

And it forces -- such a toxic climate associated with that now.

But I doubt very very few other people levered tentative paid -- registration efforts again.

So how do authorities cannot voter registrations to make sure they're legit biker -- as the election supervisor of some.

-- the Atlanta area and he joins us now Mike welcome thanks for joining us this morning.

Thank you for having -- -- you -- -- as such problems with voter registration first is that Republican contractor now we're told by the state.

Authorities and in your state that the Democratic Party is being investigated.

Right it you know it's election season everybody wants to get involved in the election season some people profit from it.

And you know so if a voter really wants to know whether or not they're registered voter -- they want to register to vote.

And I really think the big thing for them to do -- contact their local elections office eliminate the middleman who they don't know.

And and just go and register directly with their local elections office.

Yeah I mean look you at the supermarket at the mall walking I got your groceries and you're pushing your -- sometimes up to assist you want to register or are you registered.

And how did this all start these third party.

Groups.

Well I think folks are perfectly allowed to do that go on register people to vote.

But as a voter somebody approaches you.

In -- shopping mall parking lot or whatever and they're asking some very personal information I mean if you were to receive an email from somebody claiming to be a foreign prince.

Asking for your driver's license number so security number all the information higher -- registration cards.

You know you wouldn't do that owned by the way can you keep -- -- -- her signature he wouldn't do that.

You would go directly to your elections office and then just go and register to vote there it is the number one way to make sure.

You're eliminating these middlemen -- you don't know who may be getting paid for your information also.

Well -- they may say love you you want as many Americans register to vote as possible while they're doing hard.

Whether it's partisan or not or nonpartisan we're doing our work to try to make sure that everybody is involved engage in part of this process.

And I think that.

If somebody is getting paid a commission based upon the number of registrations they get.

You're opening the door you're opening the opportunity for people to say well if I can get -- more money based upon the number -- bring in.

That's something that's really opening the door for fraud so if you really want to go out register voters and a nonpartisan a partisan fashion.

-- without getting paid.

Volunteer to do it or direct folks to go to their local elections office in a final point that's exactly what got acorn and acorn.

They pled guilty to a felony in Nevada because they were paying.

A plan called 21 paying for extra votes so how do you stop what happen to acorn and stopping that from happening in other groups now.

I think the key is prosecution.

I mean if you have somebody that's coming into the system from the outside and -- criminal in the last thing the voter registration system they need to have their freedom -- take it.

They need to be prosecuted and we need to be very serious about it this is not something that is.

That's fun and games -- in election season this is people's confidence.

And they're number one rate as Americans and that's the ability to go ahead cast a ballot and decide their government that's at the integrity and credibility of our election system my cartel thanks much for joining us as always good to see you.

And of course -- -- they -- suspects voter fraud are problems we live we want to know about it there it is voter fraud at foxnews.com.
