Now critics say just the opposite that it -- more kids are exposed to marijuana usage among kids local law bill why has the Obama administration taken a position on this -- -- President Obama has never been in favor of legalization or me you know marijuana for recreational use and the Office of National Drug Control Policy has a long list of warnings on its web site.
But the drugs are the White House and the Justice Department have been silent on these ballot initiatives.
Nine former heads of the Drug Enforcement Administration sent to attorney general Eric Holder a letter urging him to speak out he is not.
We've been trying for a week to get a comment and we're still waiting.
It is shocking that attorney general holder that to do that that director call -- But most of all -- the president of the United States can't talk about this book.
It's about health it's about safety it's about the future of our country.
Now big question if it passes in one or two of these states as will the Fed stepped in and and enforce federal drug laws because of course bill will still be illegal.
According to the federal government even if it's legal and a couple these states are -- thank you -- burners on that story in the state of Washington.
