Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina from the fox -- weather center with your forecast for the southwest.

And today will be a very cool data across in the city of Denver 58 degrees -- your high temperature otherwise we -- south toward.

Across Arizona and -- to not atypical for this time of the year very typical actually 93 for you Phoenix -- in Tucson.

So another warm day in store for you guys across parts that there's -- desert southwest.

89 for high temperature and Las Vegas and that across California Bay Area pleasant 67 for you in San Francisco and high temperature at 77.

In the city of Los Angeles now we do have a large area of low pressure and upper level low pressure system out across.

Northern parts of California not only producing a lot of precipitation right now but there is some cooler -- -- And this system will be basically bringing in a bit of a change into our weather pattern past -- the next day or so we'll show -- that very struck shortly.

Otherwise the four corners very quiet from now you -- Arizona Colorado.

And also New Mexico and not looking that much in the way of precipitation for today or as we head into the early tomorrow morning.

The take a look at that area of low pressure as it does begin to push inland.

As we head into later Wednesday and also -- -- Thursday starts to fire up a couple of showers and areas of heavier rain.

And across southern parts of California into Nevada and even western portions of Utah and Arizona so this is a system that will keep a close watch on.

It could even bring some -- -- along some of the higher elevations with some of that cold air -- so again keeping a close watch -- the storm system as is going to be our big weather maker.
