Donald Trump is a small business.

And I -- Donald Trump doesn't like to think of himself and small anything if it's not just wealthy people imagined Donald Trump is not just Donald Trump you're taxing.

Well Donald Trump's name comes up -- the darnedest places doesn't it'd sit too early to say whether he comes up in the vice presidential debate.

Tonight but as you remember -- the presidential one it was all over the definition of -- a small business and what defines small business.

The Romney camp saying that yes well they account for 3% of the returns in those benefiting from that or not from a higher rate they account for food you know look.

Quadruple that and the number of jobs that they generate anyway -- Donald Trump.

Joining us now on the phone -- do you suspect your name comes up tonight on this very issue.

Well I was very honored when I heard I was watching the debate I -- -- did statistically and all of a sudden my name was mentioned deficit while this sort of school.

I doubt it costs us tonight again I hope it does such a great -- -- data that happened.

But I doubt -- I can't imagine.

You know what -- existing strategy here and on the part of of those who are.

For raising taxes the upper income is they put guys like view.

In that group the guys -- you.

Benefit Mitt Romney was trying to say.

That is not typical that that dead that that that.

Top range covers guys and -- from what all the way it for billionaires.

Like yourself.

And all the way down to these small businesses he says could be imperiled -- hiring and an unlikely laying off workers do you think that resonates.

Well I think to a certain extent I mean I have thousands of people but I employee and over the years I've employ tens of thousands of people that's.

-- is very very big job providers so.

You know when they use me as an example and it's sort of really an example of exactly that.

I think you have to sort of take it and say that's a very nice thing to have your name mentioned.

I'm a big big job provider and that sort of -- honors.

You know I guess for want of a better description a fellow casino mogul Steve -- Said almost what you said it suits -- the letter that he feels offended as a job provider.

That he hasn't done enough and that he should do more.

He's very disappointed in President Obama says he voted for -- Obama.

But he seems like he's got buyer's remorse and then subsequent to think of that.

-- -- does a good friend of mine and a terrific guy and you talk about a job provider he certainly is and he is very angered by what's going on and he's angered by.

I think what people are starting to think of this country.

But you know use as some like this O'Donnell and and of course C win over the last year or so it started say this.

But he mentioned something -- to CNET as mister -- when he talked about.

Paraphrasing your -- talk to many many businessmen.

Who and women who say the same thing to -- But but that they don't say this I think publicly why do.

If it that is the case so few.

In the business community speak out to the degree.

If they have real concerns about the president the way you do receive wind does or.

Maybe -- a handful of others publicly.

Well the president has really gone through I think almost a lifetime where people don't criticize him.

You can say whatever the reason it is and everybody has different reasons but.

He's got to a -- of a lack of criticism whether it's -- or anything -- -- fact.

Frankly the single biggest point of criticism -- poor performance of the debate the other night.

That was a very poor performance and I think on the other hand -- was fantastic he really did a great Jeff.

People have not.

Criticized.

Obama they don't want to be called a racist.

And he called Bill Clinton essentially a racist now I know Bill Clinton and that is not a racist.

But people don't want to be put in that position.

And I think until just this last week and I've never seen so much negativity about President Obama.

That I have and a last week and that was because of this performance.

But they don't want to criticize -- their I don't know if they're afraid to criticize or why they don't want to criticize some real.

We need certainty and I think one of the things that -- -- saying.

This country has no certainty we don't know where -- the tax -- to go we don't know anything about what's happening with the country and therefore.

We don't invest we're afraid to invest we don't know what the future holes and that in turn stops people from being -- it's.

And unless people are going to be hired and I don't mean to Sony seven point 8% that they came up with.

Out of the blue where every economist even the Obama people.

-- shocked to see that -- and by the way it'll be adjusted after the election.

Way up and you know that and so does everybody else but we need to sit there you know you're right you don't trust that -- you know they was this to go to the -- -- -- -- -- ago.

I don't know it was deliberate or not but it's absolutely a mistake and you'll see that and about two months from now what they -- adjusted numbers as they've been doing for the last two years they readjust them all the time but.

The problem is.

We'll have to see what I -- -- limited resistance they've got a Senator Obama economists said.

That's unbelievable.

Nobody predicted that -- Donald Trump always a pleasant back to you very much very much.
