Well thank you read that and review right here -- me -- -- and watching the show tonight out what do you think that the independents and undecided side home.
Well it all depends on what they think of Joseph Biden and his demeanor seems to me to do it and that looked at if you read the transcript you might well conclude that the vice president had a very strong debate to the -- he had a lot to say that he was strongly critical of governor Romney in this program that he held his own.
But that's not tolerance to it let's do we had to split screen much as we did during the the presidential debate.
And what you saw while Paul Ryan was talking as others have pointed out was smirking.
The last thing.
Smiling.
Mugging.
By the vice president and my sense about it was that it was so compelling.
That people probably couldn't take their eyes off of it.
And so it'll come down to whether people thought that was attractive or not.
Myself I didn't I thought -- was unattractive I thought it was rude and I and I don't and I have a feel little come across to a golf a lot of people as we did look like.
A cranky old man to some extent.
-- debating a polite young man.
Please please sit this might give a speech and I told everybody -- I have -- the I have to do really like.
Joseph Biden and -- happened and really like Paul Ryan and I said that the group that these are the two nicest men he that you're seeing Washington a very nice to disagree of them but very nice.
I thought that -- -- a suspect push it thanks Joseph at the end he's polite respectful.
But the smiles the steers and then my friend -- I was surprised.
It made -- made -- vice -- Joseph by someone who I typically light I that is very unlikable I thought it was bad that was I was surprised that a lot of personal.
-- I've known Joseph Biden a very long time he's a very nice man.
And I've often said of him that if you're sitting talking to when you told him he needed he sure he'd start taking his shirt off that's the way is our personal basis.
But his public discourse has always been marked by a couple of things this he has this nervous mannerisms.
Which is up which is a smile and he flashes it all the time even sometimes it's inappropriate I think it's a nervous -- Tonight it was still it was out there for all the seat time and time again and it was more than that it was so it was a it was laughing and in derisive sneering as you suggested.
He'd also set a couple things he said -- one point.
That don't exist about the need for more security -- -- -- we were not told he said more security was needed.
I don't think that's true the other thing he said was that the 716 billion dollars it -- is that goes in the books is a Medicare cuts was actually being applied to Medicare.
That's not true leader not aware of the fact -- will -- aftermath that are about Ritalin and little -- She denied anything to show I think that's where it gets done in the -- and it's like it's it's easy for your mind -- sort of -- get lost to journalists into the fighting over the weeds in terms of the numbers -- Medicare taxes.
The like ability think I actually think this is so important and that's why I ask you what do the aborted independents and decides that's what they so I don't know what we.
Think about it I think he's a nice guy at the rest of people -- is a sneering.
The I know.
The -- actually a good I think what probably may have happened tonight is the belief on the left and among among a lot of Democrats was that Mitt Romney hit sort of taken over the first debate.
Overwhelm Barack Obama who is moral or more reserved.
And and dominated the whole affair.
And one senses that perhaps this is what Vice President Biden was doing tonight to try to dominate the debate and one could argue that he did that.
But but Mitt Romney did not seem to me and I don't think they're very many people to have been rude or overbearing or unpleasant or or condescending.
In his behavior toward the moderator and toward -- toward the president.
One senses is that a lot of people will feel that that's exactly had Joseph Biden team tonight -- -- -- Twitter world is alive is selling live only effective midnight.
