The day after the attack governor.

I stood in the Rose Garden.

And I told the American people in the world.

That we are gonna find out exactly what happened.

But this was an act of terror.

And I also said we're gonna hunt down those who committed this -- And then a few days later I was -- greeting the caskets.

Coming in Andrews Air Force Base.

And grieving with the families.

And the suggestion.

That anybody in my team.

-- secretary of state.

Our UN ambassador.

Anybody on my team.

Looked like politics or mislead.

When we've lost four of our own governor.

Is offensive.

That's not what we do.

I was President Obama last night defending his record following the terror attack on our consulate in Benghazi Libya.

But if he knew as he claims on day one that this is a terror attack.

And why was the US ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice saying this on day five.

Best assessment we have today.

Is that in fact this was not a pre planned premeditated.

Attack.

That what happened initially was it it was a spontaneous.

Reaction to what had just transpired in Cairo.

It as a consequence of the video our current us.

John -- -- the former US ambassador to UN and a Fox News contributor and ambassador.

What is the answer to that question is -- as you would speculate.

But look it's all Obama on this direction this is what he does all the time what he said in the Rose Garden after the attack.

Was to remind everybody we were already in pain because we were remembering the first 9/11 attack he talked about how he had walked.

Through Arlington cemetery.

To command commemorate the sacrifice of those who died in Iraq and Afghanistan and then he says.

No active terror will basically stop America's resolve.

So he was -- in a whole lot of things together earlier in his speech he had specifically said word tolerant nation when it comes to religion.

And nothing justifies what happened in -- guys he does -- out.

The basis of the argument that it was the Mohamed video.

The issue here is not did the word terror appears somewhere in his speech the issue is the huge disparity between the administrations.

Explanation which went on for weeks that this was a spontaneous reaction to the Mohamed video.

Vs what was obvious I think and -- guys see that night and has become increasingly obvious this was a well planned terrorist attack likely carried out.

By al-Qaeda and that act that difference remains unanswered.

By President Obama.

The president now would like us to believe that on 912 the day after he knew was an act of terror and called it this specific attack on the console in -- -- A terror act listen to what he said.

On 920 all right so that's eight days after -- the day he claims he identified this as an act of terror listen.

-- -- And they're going to be different circumstances and different countries and so I don't want to speak to something until we have all the information.

What we do know is that.

The natural.

Protests that -- because the outrage over the video.

Were used as an excuse by extremists.

To see if they can also directly harm US interest.

-- reported that people just went crazy and wild because of it.

Aren't so that and they said a similar thing on the view were still doing an investigation.

We don't want to identify yet they -- declining to say that it was terrorism I wanna get your reaction.

And your perspective on why he set that.

And where this is going right after the break stay tuned.

Hold back your thoughts are.

Well I think the the reason the president followed that explanation was the same.

As a lack of increased security and Ben Ghazi before the attack let's not forget he didn't answer the questioners.

Inquiry last night he chose not to but the reasons are the same and that is the president's ideology.

Screens and out in can be.

Facts that are not consistent with that it's like a screen over his consciousness.

And his world view is the war on terror is over Al qaeda's been defeated.

And the overthrow of Qaddafi in the Arab Spring.

Are bringing democracy to Libya now all three of those things are false so when you have a circumstance where armed terrorist conduct a raid on the consulate.

And killed four Americans.

That implies the war on terror is not over al-Qaeda is for surgeon and Libby is not exactly a bowl of cherries he can't handle that.

And he resisted it.

Until reality simply overwhelmed his administration.

You think people left said debate last night.

Given what happened with the moderator she weighed in on the president's side and then later said well I am actually -- was right to some extent.

What do -- meant to be believing that Barack Obama did to declare this a terrorist act on day one.

Well it may have been obscured but it's not gonna go away look -- here's a quick question for you who was the moderator in the Lincoln Douglas debate.

Answer there were no moderator -- Moderator is in these debates should be part of the furniture I think this is a lesson going for why we have the candidates decide what issues they're gonna debate let them negotiated out there needs moderator.

That's interesting we just -- somebody there who just then maybe reads the question that the candidates wanted -- -- absolutely nothing more.

Well in the Lincoln Douglas debate they they each had a certain amount of time they talked on the subjects they wanted to in a way they want you could break it down into smaller blocks than Lincoln Douglas which for quite long.

But the candidates campaigns know what they want to talk about let them slug it out gonna put us all a lot of -- job ambassador Bolton thank you -- Thank you.
