And what we have in the in the country today is a 30% unemployment rate for veterans young American veterans and I see that as a national tragedy.

You know problems with work -- school but now you have to try to find a job and deal with that as well so.

It just makes -- tomorrow Honda and Joseph you know first and you guys are reaching out to -- you hopeful Libyans as well but what is it about that the men and women who serve in the military which makes him such.

Great candidates from.

-- -- via men and women come for US military today.

They have a lot of dedication to our country.

Just tremendous leadership abilities and a first hand when I got out of the Marines in 1993.

It was difficult funded job and and luckily I was able to land the job but I -- The Home Depot.

-- so fast forward nineteen years in the -- a wonderful career and I think we have so many opportunities out there.

To help our servicemen and women not just land a job with The Home Depot but any job out there in corporate America to look at guys like -- have to -- -- on October 27 we have -- career there.

In it and during this career fair we're going to bring in hundred locations across the entire country.

And we're going to help teach things like to resume writing that interview -- -- -- how to deal with social media and again this is not just to bring people onto The Home Depot.

This to help our servicemen and women land -- job.

Anywhere that they choose -- going.

I'm definitely -- -- signed up I'm looking forward to I think it's a great thing for the veterans when you're in the military.

You don't get that kind of training.

You do your job and get promoted but.

There's a skills gap between military life and civilian life and we need things like he's learning how to interview learning how to -- a right smack.

Learning how to sit and you know.

Talk to someone in an interview and present the skills that you have in the military effectively.
