Voter fraud it's a big concern in this tight presidential race and the risk is growing with more early and absentee voting.

Is voter fraud a problem in this state.
It's hard to prove.
But so they know how -- did come up in a few counties there are more voters who are registered -- there are people eligible vote.
In those counties and -- that really raised the flag will where's that same.

These are emerging cases of fraud -- that are being discovered we don't have any evidence of widespread fraud.
But they're isolated cases like these that are beginning to emerge.
And we're in -- do everything in our power to investigate.
And nature that we send a clear message that we want everybody who's legally allowed to vote to vote.
But if you break the law we're going to pursue it and we're gonna prosecute.
We're always concerned about potential voter fraud here in the county affordable.

Yes potentially so and even more.
Billboards like this -- paid for by an anonymous source that began showing up across Ohio particularly in minority neighborhoods.
And it has some Democrats like -- Cleveland's upset about it.
We think that the placement of messages strategic its intended to intimidate people who live in these communities.
To not exercise -- right to vote so you see this site actually as a form of voter intimidation or suppression.
Absolutely absolutely that's what it is the Mets as they say it innocuous like this terrorist when you look at the placement.
You'll find season -- affluent communities.
At Westlake Iraqi river here in the Cleveland area -- -- -- you finding them and communities like this if you're going to commit fraud.
We're gonna investigate or prosecute and where to send that message and I think that that won't have a chilling effect.
On anybody in this state that wants to come -- to -- -- a legal now.
