44 TSA employees here at Newark liberty international aren't hot water this evening for allegedly not checking baggage properly.

And that has some people flying today.

Earlier this month a secret internal report from Newark revealed that screeners there only properly executed standard pat downs of passengers.

Sixteen point 7% of the time.

It only took proper action are prohibited items one quarter of the time.

All 44 TSA employees -- faced possible termination or suspension.
