Time and how I got out and my wonderful wife sue and her family who who's just been an Angel in my life and and and help get me to him today.

I think she's a pretty amazing person -- -- now -- and what do you hope will be the message from your book how do you capital impact lives.

Well first not to relate that bit.

You know we all share common journey and there's others out there that I know are going through various things that I went to in my life from childhood trauma and the abuse.

The abandonment.

To alcoholism drug addiction to -- -- troubles in life.

And whatever level they are.

Just to maintain hope and and continue.

No matter how dark against.

To pray for sunrise and then.

I wrote a song that accompanies the book and and it's free with the book -- -- -- -- -- -- -- because ultimately at the end of the day.

When I had nowhere else to turn to nowhere else to look.

My instincts took me out.

And you know to.

Something that gave me a little bit and hope to get through -- next minute and ten minutes the next 24 hours.

And eventually you know summarize if you just keep pushing forward.

Plus an amazing but we know that your recording deterring as well there's so much for your fans out there hope that the able to check out the book and not really clean all of the lessons that you've lived through and -- -- your share with others.
