Now President Obama and governor Mitt Romney shake hands and sit down on the stage right there for their third and final debate and tonight.

The topics are all about foreign policy.

So expect to hear a lot on Iran and Syria and the deadly consulate second Libya.

Of course the Obama campaign is often claim the governor Ronnie doesn't have the foreign policy experience needed to be president.

And today the campaign released a memo from the -- -- Senator John Kerry who is widely considered a front runner to be secretary of state -- the president is reelected in that memo.

The former presidential candidate and senator said.

Governor Romney is in the extreme.

And at Expedia candidate who lacks the judgment and division so vital for the Oval Office.

With us now governor Romney's foreign policy advisor the Florida congressman -- BDS -- -- congressman the F -- -- good afternoon thank you.

-- -- I read in the New York Times today and and a and a number of other publication -- reminded us.

That so many voters in recent polls have said.

That they don't care anything about foreign policy in fact in Colorado Virginia and Wisconsin fewer than 10% said it was something that they cared a lot about.

But that today is about proving you can be a good leader what's the case there.

-- so people don't have a focus or care about foreign policy and so it frankly it's just like a ton of bricks.

You know I guess that was the case during the Carter administration until the hostages are taken.

By the Ayatollah -- of these -- and now people are starting to focus focus on foreign policy.

Because we have four brave Americans patriotic Americans killed on -- one -- -- in essence is US territory.

In Libya a place that was supposed to be fine it was wasn't safe.

And remember one of the supposes that they really feel -- was -- -- -- that if all the time.

Well I mean according to this president the world has changed remember he gave that great speech in Cairo.

We have great speeches made great policy.

Carol wouldn't be run out by the Islamic brotherhood so again.

We have a president who's been telling the American people that things are safer that al-Qaeda is on the run.

When yet we'll reports show that al-Qaeda is strengthening in the Middle East they've attacked us Fort Hood was an attack a terrorist attack which this administration.

Has yet to admit.

And then we lost an ambassador first time in a generation.

So now we were focusing on the importance of foreign policy I think.

Was that the polls indicate that that's not yet the truth I don't know if you're right or not you may be it certainly makes sense that they would.

But how do you make that point that in them in the minds of governor Romney and his surrogate.

That this thing was done wrong bit maybe somebody might have had a little bit.

Making that point -- at the same time not overreach is a couple of Republican strategist told me this morning they fear that he mind.

I think you have to look at the whole policy and it's that's that's one of the manifestations of the failed.

Obama policies but it's not the only one but we have an administration whether it's the president -- spokesperson of the State Department sports.

State Department spokesperson.

That can't answer a simple question as to what's the capital of Israel it's pretty clear that it's Jerusalem.

We have an administration that after we have this horrible attack.

Four days and days and days including the president -- states who spoke confront the UN mention that I was about this video now he says that he knew it was a terrorist attack.

Well which one was it.

So again you have an administration that from a -- whether it's the reset with -- -- That worked really well for us didn't it whether it's again the unilateral concessions.

To the Castro Brothers.

While they still hold an American hostage since December of 09 unilateral organization that Castro Brothers is gonna is gonna resonate across America.

It's a pattern of frankly just not having an idea as to how to treat both our allies.

Our friends and then our adversaries -- enemies.

Here's an administration that treats much tougher is much tougher on our allies like Israel.

Than it is on our adversaries Russia or on our enemies like Iran.

How is the administration been tougher on Israel that on Russia or Iran again.

Well equipped with -- -- you have obviously the president saying remember that open Mike moment.

-- don't worry after the elections I have more flexibility with Russia you have the reset.

Just months after Russia had invaded an ally Georgia the country not the state the country of Georgia and just months after that.

This president did this whole reset basis I think it's okay don't worry about it we're fine with it.

And yet with the case of Israel we remembered -- 45 minute conversation.

With the secretary of state about what we know it because they made -- public.

How they jumped on Israel for the settlements in in Jerusalem.

They had a 45 minute conversation with the jump all over Netanyahu they made it very public so again if you're an ally the -- -- like Israel.

You get -- because you want to develop you don't develop the capital Jerusalem.

But if you are Russia you can invade an ally like Georgia -- months later you get the whole reset thing.

With Cuba unilateral concessions to that state sponsor terrorism at a time when -- holding an American hostage.

It shouldn't surprise -- -- that who -- Chavez and Castro's daughter.

Has actually have actually endorsed Obama.

Representative Mario -- Florida South Florida live with a -- here in -- -- are good to hear from you thank you.

Always a pleasure -- that in Florida -- but it's great to be back that's the Republican side of.
