And heart problems well I think a lot of young kids feel this is just to drink to have at the end of the day when they're thirsty and they don't really is -- things that are in these drinks.
The two main things in these drinks caffeine and sugar right.
And general all we don't want you to have too much caffeine.
And we know what is caffeine costs rapid heart rates nervousness insomnia.
So those -- side effects and these can lead to more serious problems you look at the -- there doctor master and they say they're not supposed to be marketed to kids in fact there's a thing on the label -- it -- not really meant for kids -- you know kids are having is I have nieces and nephews.

You know I think the problem is they don't realize that there and there's more in them than what an average think would be an average soft drink juice milk water.
So I don't think they're informed.
It I don't think that it's a horrible thing to have one or two but again we vote for a moderation as opposed to enormous amounts.
You're young child especially if you're dehydrated -- -- exercising a lot it may not.
Be that healthy for you to do that and then run a marathon after batter runner in the race because you're gonna feel your heart pounding really quick and it's also no secret that a lot of kids are taking these drinks and mixing them with things like.
