All right here's -- very latest on this because the White House is now responding to this set of emails it has been obtained by Fox News.

That shows that the State Department alerted staffers at the White House and at the Pentagon.

That the US consulate was under attack.

By terrorists.

Miseducation -- -- about this Fox News national security analyst she joins me now.

Obviously.

-- this is a bombshell that came out late yesterday KT.

And it was an email that went to a lot of people some of whom are difficult to decipher some of humor crossed off on this.

Now we're hearing from Jay Carney.

Who has come out and he is basically saying that that do you know he sort of has a circular statement that suggests that.

That still doesn't change anything that that they had no reason to think -- to be confident that.

This was a terrorist attack -- that that's why he and others went out there with a message that will play in a moment what what's your initial take on how we are.

To -- candidates and we still don't know what happened we don't know why their intelligence failures.

Why where there's no security provided why during the course of the attack were no rescue efforts made why after the attack was no retaliation that.

It is all foggy and messed up and you have to ask why is it -- are -- this incompetent is it.

-- it's criminal negligence but are they this incompetent or is or something else going on.

You have to ask why I think so why is because they're -- policy attic el al-Qaeda -- on terrorism and the war on terror is over al-Qaeda is on his heels.

Your policy is a failure and they don't want to -- You know he says it -- -- look at Jay Carney is a statement on September the eighteenth.

And we'll do this in order this this is what he said that let's watch.

-- -- -- we and our initial information.

And that includes all information.

We saw no evidence.

To back up claims by others that.

This was a pre planned -- premeditated attack.

That it was we saw evidence that it was sparked by.

The reaction to this -- and that is what we know.

Thus far.

All right so here's what he's saying now this is Jay Carney on that bank hasn't emails and a Mac or the whole thing he -- the email you're referring to him.

Was -- open source unclassified email that was referring to an assertion that was made on a social media site that everyone in this room -- access to and knew about instantaneously.

There's a variety of information that was coming in the whole point of an intelligence community and what they do is to assessed strands of information and make judgments.

About what happens and you think -- -- we saw that an ending you know if we didn't really feel like that was accurate -- that was indicative of what really happened.

Well market standard.

Incompetence -- appointed -- negligence or their line.

I like to see these guys take a -- -- -- to pass when Jerry curry gets appearance at this is based on intelligence and information this is all the information we have.

No it's not you're now starting to see emails and cables coming from.

Coming out from whistleblowers.

Throughout the intelligence community the State Department the Defense Department and the White House.

And they cannot cover this up for ever why because as you just saw we talked about with that email.

There are dozens.

Hundreds of people who have access to this information.

And to say that -- seven are attacked nobody from the State Department got on the phone -- -- to the White House we have a problem Houston our people are getting killed.

It is inconceivable.

You know and as Liz Cheney mentioned a little while ago she was talking and now and she said that according to the president's schedule -- was a very high level meeting with Defense Department has.

During this period of time and she said that she found it implausible.

That it wouldn't have been part of that discussion that -- that a consulate in Benghazi was attacked and at the whereabouts of our ambassador at that point was unknown.

Yeah I air -- it just defies imagination that two months later we still don't have these answers the American public is still in the dark.

And this administration is still clinging to about fairy tale that al-Qaeda is -- when this president -- office al-Qaeda was on a couple of countries.

Al-Qaeda is now in thirty countries in -- Many continents it threatens us throughout the region Americans abroad and potentially -- Americans at home.

And yet the war on -- is over al-Qaeda is finished and I'm not planet.

All right -- as always thank thank you.
