Some very promising news for fans of greens -- Turns out the beverage could reduce the risk of many types of cancer for older women.

That's the finding from a Canadian study during which researchers followed tens of thousands of Chinese women over more than a decade.

The scientists say they found that women who drank green -- at least three times a week were 14% less likely developed cancer in their digestive systems.
