Hello there I'm meteorologist Janice Dean taking a look at your temperatures -- daytime highs across the northwest in the Rockies -- 52 in Seattle 58 in Medford.

Look at -- 34 for you 36.

In Casper we are expecting some snow across the northern Rockies you can see on the satellite radar imagery -- -- a cold front pushing across the central US.

Behind that very cold chilly air mass.

And the potential again for some scattered snow showers in the highest of elevations could get several inches so there's your future radar as we go through the next several days watching this system move into the northwest and again as you head into the Rockies we are looking for the potential.

For some accumulating snow heading in to the weekend.
