That's now before the hour this there's now a teenager arrested in the brutal murder of little Jessica -- -- making his first court appearance.

The ten year old girl in Colorado disappeared walking to school and her remains were found about five days later.

Then seventeen year old Austin -- reportedly confessed to his mother who then called police.

In Jessica's family understandably looking for justice here.
