Election for all but oh my word eventual hope it doesn't happen in that we get a clean result November 6 or at least in the early hours of November 7.

But if the indications -- getting not think we could be in for a long night or maybe some long weeks allegations now -- missed -- -- always tells me allegations only.

All -- election fraud in Virginia this time Eric and on both sides of the political.

Interesting.

Two different and developments -- in -- first let's start with the actual case criminal case it started has to do with the a dumping.

Apparently of voter registration forms in Virginia.

I suspect has been arrested and reporting that since last week.

That young man is 22 years old his name is Colin small.

And he has a Pennsylvania man who worked for a state Republican Party contractor that's out there collecting voter registration forms mr.

smallest charger destroying.

-- some of those forms about eight he's got thirteen counts against him.

Allegedly seen dumping completed forms and had garbage bag in a dumpster in a shopping mall in Virginia.

All three democratic congressman from Virginia had not demanded a federal investigation of this they claim it may be part of what they think -- a widespread Republican.

Plot in some manner well and small as the rest of the local sheriff said it appeared that what happened was not widespread he said but limited.

But still officials are taking this very seriously Virginia attorney general -- fiction -- -- a Republican.

Told us he is now investigating and he says he will protect the election's integrity.

The attorney general's gonna do everything that he can to keep their vote.

Secure.

And to make sure it's not deluded by illegal voting.

And also to protect their ability to get in there and cast their own vote come by protecting their registration which is what's at stake in the case that we've been called into.

And something else is happening in Virginia with quite a twist it turns out that one of those three democratic congressman calling for a -- but this man.

Represented -- Jim Moran -- veteran Northern Virginia congressman.

Well it turns out that he has suffered an embarrassing political setback of his own.

His son Patrick Moran has resigned from his father's campaign after Patrick was caught on apparently advising on how to commit.

Voter fraud and self.

Iran was secretly recorded by a controversial conservative activist James O'Keefe is group remember -- from the acorn tapes.

-- his group project -- -- apparently went undercover and had someone talked to Patrick Moran.

Brand was approached in -- first he resisted the questions about any potential fraud but it did eventually on the tape give tips on how to forge IDs like utility bill.

To a legally cast ballots were people that Patrick Moran was told we're not going to show up at the polls to vote.

He a lot of what.

They can take utility bill he says and giving us -- advice.

Moran has resigned the local Arlington Democratic Party does not even want -- in their office.

Meanwhile -- and gave a statement of the Associated Press last night when he says that he was not taking the person seriously.

He thought that that person the undercover person you know was on the cover -- -- the person was unstable and joking.

He says he was only -- -- him and he says in hindsight I should have.

Walked away and of course if you suspect problems at the polls -- you live.

Waterfront at foxnews.com.

There it is -- -- -- Fox's dot com is our -- John and then if anyone comes at you and says wanted to take some votes.

I'll send to you.

They -- And I'd be addressed just tell us -- a lot of product marketing concept in hindsight he should want to write about you think really got jealous tape goes on and on in the if they bear crushing -- -- undercover.

Lays out this whole story claiming that he knows of 100 people in Virginia -- -- not gonna show up at the polls are registered and he's he sets up this scenario of saying how do we.

How -- -- -- -- they vote and how someone who could do this we have a computer expert.

And young Moran is says while he couldn't -- a utility bill bank statement do this and that potentially.

He does advise and sometimes it's just easier to go get those people and in a -- of the polls like Wright brothers' effort but it doesn't want points -- that he admires his.

You know his effort but now.

That's that's what's happened in Virginia.

Original -- writes in his saying election -- cents a shovel ready jobs.

-- go to -- put up -- just very quickly and more -- department to go you you've done this a long time you be looking into these it was over several elections.

Do you get the sense this time that there is more they're -- more of these allegations building in the ahead of the select.

Are getting a lot minute that this whole bunch of cases have been popping up I think people job and a much more aware of this site.

Prosecutors are more aware and then officials become more aware so it's -- it's becoming more public.

The case in Virginia for example of -- this young man the Republican.

Just me.

A contractor.

So I think if people are really more aware of it but I also believe it happens.

Far more frequently in our country than anyone even thinks but here's the issue.

These -- often local cases that don't get national attention and even if they are national cases they -- locally like what we've seen Indiana.

In saint Joseph county that's in South Bend that's where -- four people have been indicted -- gonna go on trial in January they are accused of forging.

The presidential petitions that put President Obama and Hillary Clinton on the ballot.

In 2008 in the Indiana democratic primary -- just makes the names and their questions whether the president really even legally qualified with the right numbers interest to get on the ballot.

But you would I heard about that.

You know on a national level until you know until just -- that's.

That's an interest in -- the people that everybody across the board just more aware of it -- all right -- I think you're let's not get the email his vote ought to rot.

At foxnews.com that's it all right as Eric -- -- that you that he will investigate.

Any allegations he may have problems or bad -- -- -- He's up -- investigate allegations of my nefarious nighttime activities the I hope.

-- -- -- Eric thank you very much all right.
