We don't make time for ourselves.
At all and I think men are terrible at that.
And through the process is -- book I realize you're better off spending two days by yourself.
Everything and this is this a successful -- interesting book in talking to people as you promoted another man what do they say may have done in terms of having that experience and -- the father and grandfather and and becoming a a man.
