Fatigue is that is that good for business.

No it's not good for Minnesota that many Americans are feeling stressed out where were in bad economic times -- the lowest labor participation rate in over thirty years and 47 million Americans.

But the fact that American -- go to work is what Americans have gotten -- the greatest generation did in World War II.

It's what our soldiers and up and all of them at least eight different times to see what a great job our soldiers are doing.

This is what America does I was -- top Americans are stressed there -- jobs being created we have structurally high unemployment and America's not used to that but what America does -- show all the work put their nose out there had been ordered up.

And productivity has gone up.

But wages have been stagnant for over thirty years in this country.

While profits have risen I mean we have does -- economy to believe -- working people for as much as we possibly can.

And they are not getting the benefits of it.

Jonathan Hoenig I mean isn't it true that with increased worker productivity did that you do have American businesses that do.

Financially better in turn helping the US economy.

Yeah.

Mean the American workers are are stressed out well you know what's a little more stressful not having a job that's much more stressed what.

I think -- Tracy's point then just struck stress is a normal part of life it's a normal part of work certainly.

And we deal with it by knowing that we're capable as the panelists talked about of overcoming it.

What the study spoke to -- a feeling of hopelessness.

With the feel like nothing you can do to two to achieve there's nothing you can do.

To keep working I mean that is a level of commitment.

Even if we do would she even would you create jobs even if we do make money but even if we do make it.

What are we -- we're lambasting where demonize we're thing -- you didn't he didn't earn that you -- more and more your achievements for the common good so.

Estimate all of that and I look I don't think we're debating you know sort of capitalism vs social and we're talking a different kinds of capitalism and how they enable workers to feel that they are valued -- productive part of the economy vs being used in chewed up and spit out.

And look we had capitalism that worked really great in the fifties and in the sixties when workers put -- hard work.

Bosses made money two -- workers saw their productivity of their income their family -- Well and how they're working harder and harder and getting less and less to benefit.

Right just blaming government that's what's your thought there we -- those workers an answer and clearly it there -- stressed and it's showing up until haven't.

-- is still one of the things that that worker productivity as you know that does help the business does the fact that they can achieve more.

With less and we are still in a bad economy where that is an unfortunate requirement and doing business in the -- Yes yeah I you look at what FaceBook -- done basically gets creative forty billion dollar market cap company came -- obviously a lot higher that in forty billion dollars.

Would only 2000 employees.

They don't need any more employees so -- their profits are up but they're not hiring -- not passing down.

It's a book called it it is different now what these tech companies that same forty billion dollar market cap company -- that CBX railroad has ten times that number employees.

So we don't have those jobs that are being created that are being needed about these large companies were some of these huge cash balance sheets.

They don't need these employees that's why we need something like -- energy plan.

Are some top of -- -- plan to get something done because we -- -- -- have been on the rise.

-- -- -- That that the jobs plan is freedom -- -- wants to go back to that that the 1950s let's go back to the 1890s.

Let's go back to the most productive point in this country's history before this entitlement state all the government handouts to help us live our lives were actually grade that was the most productive point in American.

History we go back to that you know what you don't workers feel like distracts elected down.

They feel like there enabled to Italian -- From poverty -- that process right now I think yeah side to all this too is innovation right shower technology or like creating new products -- -- -- -- work and I'm so stressed out I don't worry about everything at home.

I'm not pushing this economy forward either so.

Were halting it on so many levels just because of the uncertainty that's hanging over our head deal and waited -- point -- I think it's a very fair one it's kind of a shame that people aren't excited to get we gotta work excited about.

Their jobs I mean that's kind of a ship that we haven't -- For.

Well Ali -- look we've gone from a manufacturing society to a service society a service economy.

And that's going to put it in and of itself is -- and use -- less and less people in the what.

If you go to China now they got -- booming economy and people at the work a level but caused.

They are amount -- -- guide the economy however have changed so it's not gonna happen to sell units you know you can't just make it happen that way and so everybody's going to be stressed sure are.
