A 75 miles per hour were already feeling tropical storm conditions.
-- across eastern portions of North Carolina -- very heavy rain coming down.
And some wind gusts that are of tropical storm force.
We are expecting that in -- to continue to last across portions of the Carolinas.

And we can be looking and major coastal flooding anywhere from New Jersey two names on the northern end of the storm system where you have that onshore flow.
It's going to be a very long duration rain and then with some faces.
Expecting to pick up more than ten inches of rain flooding will be a huge concern.
And some people -- -- impacts from standing lasting anywhere between 24 to 48 hours so very strong winds that means major tree damage power lines down.
And also looking at power outages possible for millions of people because very large cities will be impacted.
Including case please and in the Carolinas -- in places like DC Baltimore dean Philadelphia and also in New York City -- against a very large area impacted.
As we head into Sunday we're gonna start to see the rain picking up across places in Massachusetts down into portions of Virginia wind -- -- 250 miles per hour will be possible along -- beach erosion.
And then by Monday that's when we're expecting the center -- -- need to make landfall specially during the evening hours.
Heavy rain gusts over sixty miles per hour will be possible and as well as some coastal flooding.
And then cold air Greg is going to rapping on the backside of the storm system and we're -- -- -- heavy wet snow across the -- West Virginia.
With locally up to two feet possible.
