There are new calls for answers in the deadly been -- terror attack that left four Americans dead.

Including US ambassador Chris -- happened of course on September 11.

A group of senators including Senator John McCain now writing to President Obama.

Asking him to stop stonewalling and tell congress and the American people what the administration knew and when they knew it.

This comes as now we are learning more about internal surveillance video of the attack which apparently led to the arrest of a Tunisian man.

US interrogators have not had access to him.

This is a matter of taking somebody who's been engaged in war against the United States and we want him we want him and we want to take -- gitmo to interrogating.

I am reminded of when a couple of the bottom of the suspects in the attack on the USS Cole war apprehended and given back to Yemen.

To be held in custody there.

They escaped so here's this Tunisian guy wanted in connection with the attack on our consulate there apparently we have video and facial recognition software.

The puts him in our compound the night of the attack.

And yet he's been released -- picked up by the Turks but released to Tunisian custody.

-- this whole thing is like a reversion to before the original 9/11 in 2001 in the Clinton administration these terrorist attacks the World Trade Center the first World Trade Center bombing the attack on the called the attacks on our embassies in.

Kenya and Tanzania the bombing of the Al -- -- towers all treated as if there law enforcement matters.

I think the 1 September the eleventh convinced us that this was a war in should be treated as a war when you try and deal with these attacks is if they're just kind of aggravated bank robberies.

We're got -- -- let me just say this is not a choice between the rule of law and no rule of law it's a different paradigm it's not the criminal law of -- constitutional state.

It's the law of war which we have in this country in which we follow.
