FaceBook is a private entity we all know it's on by millions of shareholders.

It can restrict speech that it doesn't agree agree with that may harm its popularity.

That might harm in the value of its shares of stock.

That might cause a competing.

And so somebody thought this might harm FaceBook by having a message posted by somebody.
