-- six days photos will have the opportunity to determine the direction that this nation will head in the next four years.

How will be one -- set by President Obama and includes more taxes more spending more debt more government zero accountability.

Or will a new course be charted under the leadership of governor Mitt Romney.

One that includes less taxes less spending less that less government.

And an administration that actually takes responsibility for both its successes and its failures now.

The differences between the two -- on the ballot a very dramatic and without a doubt only one of them is a leader.

Let's take a look at this brand new RNC video.

What are the essential qualities of -- or a leader has a capacity and vision.

The ability to see where things are -- Before people in general -- news.

That vision is typically.

Skill and but even more of their experience their life.

The moment we can't stand them.

Served better.

My children.

I'm going to let us.

Now what are -- to go what is important not to forget what four years of Obama's policies have gotten us the economy is a joke we are being laughed -- around the world.

And if you look at the latest national polls it appears that all -- humor is not sitting well with a view the American people.

And according to today's Rasmussen tracking survey yet again governor Romney's out in front 49 to 47%.

And as we reported earlier in the week.

In the critical swing state of Ohio Romney is leading in that poll fifty to 48.

Now the importance of winning that state cannot be understated and perhaps nobody knows the politics.

The Buckeye State better than my next guest joining me from Cleveland Ohio.

Governor John case -- governor good to -- -- Hey John before we get started I just wanna say to the listeners you know I hope we're all -- and our prayers for the folks on the East Coast it'd been.

So hard hit you know whether they've lost homes -- the loss of life.

Odd here in the Buckeyes stayed in the midwest our hearts go out to you and so our prayers and we're with you stay strong and will do we can to help.

A lot we'll look at in America always does rise to the occasion America help during Katrina.

The tsunami happens and an assist the people we are we thank you for that.

I attended the devastation Ohio was unbelievable New Jersey.

I mean entire communities -- wiped out and it's gonna take a while the rebuild.

But let me first ask you governor there was a report today was on the Drudge Report and the headline was even more voters selecting Romney on the machine.

In Marion Ohio and they select Romney and it shows up Obama.

Well we did you looked into these problems are you concerned.

With what thirty some odd days of voting in -- that does that open the door to corruption.

We -- you know -- we have probably the most bipartisan.

Sophisticated.

The vote counting operation that you could find in the country.

You know there's always two Republicans overlooking the shoulders of two Republican to Democrats and vice Versa.

And you know -- I think that we have planned for this.

We are prepared to provide the security.

And -- secretary of state has been on this but we have I don't know how they do it all the other states but boy I'll tell you they watch one another like a hawk and frankly that's the way it ought to be.

I let's talk -- look.

According to every person that we all know that no Republican.

Has made it to the White House without winning the great state of Ohio you know this state as well as anybody else watch me on Meet the Press this weekend.

And you said with confidence that you really feel that the state.

Has moved towards governor Romney now short of the Rasmussen poll a lot of polls out there that show that they in fact the president is -- So why do you feel so confident.

Well you know -- you have all kinds of polls and you know I I've convinced that god created pollsters to make -- astrologers look accurate you know -- -- -- it's just it's just not a pure science but.

You know I'm out on the ground I mean I've seen really remarkable enthusiasm.

You know it it across the state and we when you see this kind of enthusiasm you get people you know really all pumped up and if you think about four years ago -- had the Democrats really in the same spot they were so excited about the opportunity.

But now you see -- you -- Republicans sort of trading places with them.

And I see Republicans a lot more enthusiastic a lot more excited.

-- I see the Democrats right now the other thing is I think there is a sense that what's happened in Ohio.

You know we balanced our budget we've cut taxes we've.

Tamed our regulators not to the point where if they don't see a problem they don't jump on it because they do we have the tougher -- toughest regulations on.

On hydraulic fracturing in America.

But they know that in Washington it's debt it's a threat of more taxes it's regulators that that pound small business.

And I think they understand that we can't keep doing what we're doing out of Washington here in Ohio.

And what's worked in Ohio can work in Washington and frankly that's why our Mitt Romney Ohio.

More than any other state has been subjected to the you know president hope and change new tone in Washington.

He was gonna -- you know part the ways and all those other stuff.

They have been subjected to the people in your great state.

To probably the greatest smear slander besmirch -- campaign.

With more money spent there by President Obama and -- super -- against governor Romney.

Do you think these negative ads the slandering.

You think that's had an impact on people's mindset at all.

John what what really matters is the wallet.

You know do you have a job this is this is always been the case in Ohio in what Ohio and -- to know in Ohio and you're feeling better about our state.

But they also know that there is wind in our face and what they care about is who's the best job creator.

The first debate really mattered for this reason I think a lot of Americans -- Mitt Romney was a Smart guy he knew how to create jobs.

What they didn't know is does he understand.

Me does he understand my family does he understand our problems.

And that first debate was so critical because I think that's where Romney broke through through.

And now people say OK yeah he's Smart but you know what honey I think he gets us and that's the most important thing that I believe -- -- -- -- these debates and I think that's -- he's going to -- -- I am a problem with thirty days of voting I guy personally there's too many things they can happen in the final thirty days of an election.

I'm maybe old fashioned you can get an absentee ballot and then you show up on Election Day -- if you don't get one.

And so I think there's -- -- that bothers me but if you analyze the early voting in your state Karl Rove was probably done this is wells anybody so's Michael -- here on this program.

And what they're finding is the Democrats are getting their go to.

People in other words Democrats the vote in past elections.

The not adding many new people and the numbers are way down there are a lot of new registered Republicans in the state of Ohio.

The hasn't demographics changed even since since you ran for governor what's -- ten.

Well John what's happening is you know at this point undecided voters tend to break to the person who's not again.

And I have to tell -- it is very close it's it's probably.

And perhaps even a little closer than that Rasmussen poll.

But the internals are still holding up I believe that Romney is still ahead but I have to tell you you know I'm not a fortune teller.

There's still six days -- -- five days to go tomorrow.

Were I still believe that Romney could win but I have to also tell you.

That those people who are Romney supporters better be working because.

Is going to be extremely close but I still give the edge to what to -- Romney all right governor we'll.

I hope went -- to stay up all night watching.

Ohio I love Ohio and many friends in Cincinnati Dayton and then.

And up north but right yeah how about -- -- job out -- and I'm of course -- I don't know how.

Let -- just -- it may get an early night for us make it are -- I'll do my best show harm her right and coming up right.
