Well right now the daunting road to recovery from.

-- where to begin that's one of the questions today have large swaths of the East Coast.

Like the hard hit Jersey Shore really unrecognizable.

At this point the super storm.

Like a wrecking ball wiping out neighborhoods -- popular sea -- board Watson attractions.

Most importantly in more than seventy people who lost their lives in the storm.

And more than five million homes and businesses still without power up and down the cups.

Would you come from the mob from Asbury Park in long -- yeah you had to get out.

Had to get out and -- our net communications.

I got people that I -- big families -- needy.

Who died I had to get you -- where to run my business.

-- -- Calls live from ocean city New Jersey and Rick John put it really well last hour he said you know eight day adrenaline sort of -- of -- is running out.

From this storm -- and reality is really setting in on what everyone is facing not only.

Today but for this next several weeks and months what are residents there saying -- -- reality that there end.

Well you know some have a remarkably upbeat attitude believe it or not residents are now being allowed into ocean city New Jersey where some power has been restored.

Which is the good news also because Ocean City was just south of where the storm came ashore.

They -- slightly better than the rest of the coastal New Jersey town but they did have three field water on this island.

From the ocean all the way -- the -- you -- -- trying to pump some of that water still off the streets here there are some streets that are still impassable here.

And some pretty significant damages.

To the north end of this island we went up there we saw -- up front end loaders that we've been seeing with the dump trucks.

Scoop it up the sand off the streets.

We also saw some homeowner homeowners -- hired.

Back -- and those little bobcats to clear stand from their.

-- from the front of the house and had guys we shovels shoveling out sand from their garages and I talked to one of them who try to salvage his stuff.

He says he'll be back he'll be stronger he's absolutely gonna fix up his -- and the other good news here in Ocean City at least Janet that the boardwalk -- remarkably well there may be some spots.

Of trouble but you could see people -- jog and ride their bikes out here can really really good shape.
