The battered the northeast and really wide swaths of the country so which candidate won the week.
Bob Beckel he's co host of the five and a former democratic campaign manager.
Ed Rollins has managed many Republican campaigns including Ronald Reagan's run for the White House and no better people to ask -- -- I guess is really the last time we can convene and ask this question.
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- wanted to storm would play out well for him and it froze Romney for a couple days and he couldn't about a campaign where he needed to.
Obama was able to do -- presidential thing I think that direct quite well and Christie could not have been a better endorse -- for you know -- -- that.
Governor of New Jersey show having -- all he he one we get to us about rob Romney's supposed momentum stalled two weeks ago the press is finally caught up with -- and what about you and I have to agree that Bob I mean obviously president.
And all the advantages -- disadvantages again easier to deal with a a crisis.
Let's with the help of Mayor Bloomberg -- the help of Governor Christie he sort of cross the partisan line.
I think Romney did very well to hang in there this week polls still indicate it's -- dead even race.
But I would say that I'm going to be honest to not give the spin that as serious as a federally for the president -- -- But you know -- the anger in the dissatisfaction is really starting the city and I mean we've we've heard the soundbites from people on Staten Island very you know.
I -- New York's very democratic state but.
Lot of people not happy -- -- from the response to this storm is is there going to be any blow back to rally in this a certain amount that I mean you know president will get some of the blame besides just the president mean everybody at every level government's gonna take blame on this.
After the grief goes way the -- -- -- Fortunately for Obama it's in states that are pretty Blue States.
It's the I'm thinking about Hurricane Katrina which you know so many people blamed the response of -- and so forth on George W.
Bush.
Elizabeth knows kind of it was kind of a benign neglect that point in time the president as -- -- -- flew over -- initially.
We he had an idiot running the FEMA who's still popping off mr.
brown.
I think team is is actually an eight seats on the on the ground -- doing wonderful things the end of the day.
The one military one in any of the federal government that works better than anybody else as a military no sooner or later -- -- bring the military in here put in general in charge we did Katrina.
Let him get all the stuff done they have the equipment they -- the resources in the manpower and we got a big problem and and you put your point.
He is three or four days from now this is gonna continue to be a burden for a lot of people's lives and you're gonna need need -- -- As -- -- has -- a lot of us that this team this team under Obama as is fed gets great marks all wherever they learned a lot from Katrina you know.
-- as the father of an army second lieutenant I have to agree reviewed and the US military does work doesn't work very well.
So let's take a look at the score cards -- as to who won the week we've been doing this for what 8910 weeks now.
And now we have happened and this is Bob Beckel scorecard he did he gives -- governor Romney to win.
Two weeks President Obama six weeks and he gave us three weeks of the time so OK -- that's about eleven weeks going back.
It gave it six weeks for governor Romney President Obama for four -- a time.
One.

I totally agree and when we win next week on Tuesday -- we'll Bob Bob cabana dinner.
Somewhere in town here cannot I cannot come to actually -- you guys are going to be picked up -- -- we're gonna went.
But that's -- position things -- -- some states depend on electronic voting like -- -- -- critical state.
They're not to -- -- look at solar balance of the gets his cast -- ballots which is they've got to be counted and -- -- not used to count in there you're talking about millions of votes in certain areas.
If this election couldn't wait test Tuesday could be hanging chads all over again ever provisional ballots and Ohio community -- -- in Ohio unfortunately we control most of those you know all right.
