This is not the time -- to be running the marathon Mayor Bloomberg is is this tone deaf as anyone could possibly be -- by saying.

There's plenty of time to take all those volunteers that work panic at him everything one house some using volunteers and say we're gonna help other people that run -- -- yeah.
