We'll governor on the -- ready gotta gotta get dates -- of the battleground state of Virginia the polls are showing that it's very very tight there as it is and parts of all the key battleground states that is -- home state of my next guest house majority leader Eric Cantor.

Leader very good to have you had to think -- states looking.

You know I think it's -- tremendous just left -- rally with some volunteers I was with.

Both Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney over the last week.

The enthusiasm.

Is fantastic on the ground here in Virginia for our side and I believe it's because.

People here and in the -- -- they wanna see a path towards a better future they wanna see more jobs and growth in this economy.

Mitt Romney is the only candidate in this race and has -- the entire time that has laid out a plan to get us back to work.

And I think that in and of itself is the key to this election Virginia is about jobs were obviously about military jobs as well.

And I predicting that Mitt Romney is gonna do a lot better here than what the pollsters are telling us.

And we'll also results in a big win for George Allen tomorrow.

I'm -- -- running for the senate.

I'm wondering though.

Virginia is one of those early states we get that night.

Tomorrow night.

If he were to lose that runner to lose that would not be a good tables and when it.

-- and I don't think he's gonna lose I really do thank -- and I see it on the ground.

The -- get out the vote operation is -- best I have ever seen it on the ground here in the regard greater Richmond area and throughout the commonwealth.

The enthusiasm among our volunteers and grassroots efforts -- off the charts.

We're gonna deliver a big win here.

You know and it's a little too early to say congress and I'd be curious let's say you're right -- let's say a win for Mitt Romney in your state leads.

To a similar wins and other crucial swing states.

For him -- he's president elect tomorrow night or late into.

Wednesday morning -- announced.

On this.

Fiscal cliff thing and an -- the bush rates that expire -- their -- sequestration cuts to kick in what is your best guess.

What happens.

Well first -- Mitt Romney has said he doesn't wanna see taxes going up on anybody.

And this is this so called fiscal cliff and if you look at -- -- you know it is the marginal rates is capital gains and dividends it is the death tax.

It is the marriage penalty all of these things will go.

But towards higher taxes for everybody and Mitt has said all along we don't want to see that a -- -- -- economy right now.

That is especially in situation where we haven't -- spending problem.

So I believe Mitt Romney's -- will lead to.

Our ability to see that taxes don't go up and anybody will hopefully set up a process -- will actually see tax reform happen.

To simplify the code lower the rates for everybody.

-- the loopholes so we can get on about the business of growing the economy which has been.

-- focus and should have been the focus throughout the last four years but certainly been the focus of Mitt Romney Paul Ryan's campaign.

I'm curious congressman Joseph Biden and and another on news network interview that.

Had said that if it Barack Obama's re elected Republicans will come to the table because that.

Paraphrasing here the temperature with a -- fever would have -- still be more willing to just work rather than.

You know I -- constantly.

Challenge and yell and scream that was just what -- But I could tell you one thing you know and I had an opportunity we're very close -- -- the vice president a year ago and he knows that I stand for.

Making sure we solve -- spending problem once and for all.

I he also knows that -- will and have continue to fight against taxes going up on anybody.

And we're gonna continue that because that really raising taxes right now on this economy is not the answer it's not how we get people back to work it's not how we grow the economy.

And -- capital be deployed so we create more jobs and opportunity.

That's got to be our focus.

And I believe that the voters here in the commonwealth do you know this election is about taxes and that's why I believe.

-- that the small business people the hardworking families of Virginia are gonna turn out and elect Mitt Romney because he is the one -- saying we ought not be raising taxes on anybody right now in this difficult economy.

All right congressman thank you -- very much whoever wins tonight.

It's fair to -- Eric Cantor is going to be a crucial crucial power player.

In congress going for -- lots are close in the meantime the state could.
