How important is the evangelical vote on the mainstream media sees -- downplaying the impact former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin joins us good evening governor.

Hey Greta how are you.

-- -- -- what -- look at the numbers in 20082000.

For an evangelical vote and I see that many of the swing states it's up -- it's like 25 to 30% so not an insignificant -- group of people to be if you're running for office I'm curious.

Your thoughts -- -- go -- for governor Romney this year.

Yeah I think.

It -- after me.

Any of the faith based community witnessed what happened at the DNC -- that it -- democrats' convention those months ago where for the first time in America's history there.

Bringing political party tried to boot got out of there written platform I think that.

Riled up some of the face that.

Faith based community and they decided that they're gonna come out and exercise their right to vote.

And certainly you know I hope that they will because cited some surveys show that.

Only about 50% of the Christian population is registered to vote in only about half of that.

Registered population actually shows up to the polls so it's a strong voting bloc and it's very inclusive.

And quite tolerant as opposed to whether that major media wants people to believe about that Christian voting bloc.

Well look reprises -- it did this year he and they have the largest voter registration voter mobilization and get out the vote effort and I know that you did -- Robocop for.

His organization -- as well as some others did.

Out and it's almost been sort of the NC I haven't heard anything about it and I wonder if it's sort of -- -- As we examine what we think is gonna happen tomorrow whether we've taken into account that there is this.

26% of the vote 2008.

-- wonder for pay enough attention -- this vote.

I think it again that the mainstream media would really like to ignore in more ways than one that voting bloc of faith based community those who.

Are offended by President Obama is.

And it exercising.

It kind of is diminished religious freedom that we so appreciate here in America that.

Barack Obama's kind of put a wet blanket over some of that when you consider what obamacare is all about in the mandates in there that violate someone's.

Religious conscience.

I think that the major media just.

I have navy wants to -- that voting bloc isn't there and that's where they don't cover it that much they also the mainstream media wants.

People to believe that that voting bloc of evangelicals.

Is just a bunch of white voters in you don't were bitterly clinging to their god in their constitution.

I wouldn't really if you consider.

The different demographics represented in the evangelical voting blocs in Central Florida.

That voting bloc of evangelicals is made up of his critics and -- -- Virginia.

The Asian population is the growing evangelical voting block so again quite the diverse and quite intolerant.

But doesn't quite willing to stand strong on principles -- What -- are charters of liberty talked about.

In respect to god being the center of our nation and our lives and -- wanting to exercise that right to vote to express that opinion.

You imagine Hispanics on your party has not been very successful in courting Hispanic vote historically and I know how much attention been paid this of -- if the numbers Roland tomorrow.

But I'm curious sap arena has the Republican Party not paid enough attention Hispanics.

And a Hispanics who -- cannot find a place in the Republican Party.

The Hispanic -- population certainly should feel welcome in the Republican Party so many Hispanics are so pro family there.

They're pro life they agree that.

A child -- most wonderful ingredient in a sometimes mixed up world that we are in today.

I and that day isn't much of their foundational belief in being pro life.

They want to economic opportunity for.

Themselves and for their children in order to -- be allowed good jobs so that the points in the Republican platform.

Represent the things that can provide those things for Hispanics now ask for strategy in the hierarchy of the Republican Party how they restock his two Hispanics I can't even answer that -- I don't know I don't know what the hierarchy -- the party actually does what it comes to strategizing and in that respect but certainly it's.

Republican Party is so large tent.

-- As says that I've talked to MA four years ago when you're on the ticket actually -- action may 2004 when you're mayor of Wasilla coincidentally at the edit my -- covering the Republican Convention in New York.

I'm thinking as as a -- -- four years went fast demand.

It went by very quickly you know it's amazing to be here on election eve and that.

Still haven't really had a chance to take a deep breath and think about everything that's happened in these four years but.

And -- our country certainly has.

Move forward in that is in many ways that aren't necessarily good for the country but tomorrow we have a chance to take it back and put America back on the race for the track.

Credit real quickly when it comes to the evangelicals to.

I -- I think they have the same values and principles when it comes to -- Bodine and what's important to them that ballot -- But.

Perhaps they take quite seriously that teaching in the old testament specifically in second chronicles 714 where it says.

The almighty says if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and -- and -- Turn from ways that are -- then the almighty will come in and the -- and solve problems and heal the land and I think that that's.

That realization that in that -- it really has inspired a lot of evangelicals this go around to get out there and vote tomorrow.

But governor you cannot be on tomorrow night for a few minutes to discuss their returns as they -- us even more and I thank you for tonight first ever appearing tonight -- governor.

Thank you.
