Folks and a half dozen states are set to vote tomorrow on legalizing marijuana.

In Washington Colorado and Oregon folks are considering legalizing pot for recreational use.

They would be the first to do so -- it happens.

In Arkansas Massachusetts and Montana they're considering legalizing marijuana for medical use of course the federal government still considers marijuana illegal.

And there's bound to be more controversy of these measures pass.

Trace Gallagher live and she's up tonight some some states are also tackling the health.

Care law.

Yeah -- there are four states tomorrow that will vote whether to opt out of Health Care Reform better known as Obama -- those four states are Alabama.

Florida Montana and Wyoming.

And all four states are asking their voters to reject being forced to buy health insurance but.

These measures went on the ballot.

Before the Supreme Court ruled that Obama -- was constitutional so.

However the vote's turnout in the states it would mean the feds would likely still trump the State's listen.

If governor Romney is elected president this will be a sort of a push behind him.

Two invalidate most of Obama care.

If the president -- -- this will be a force a -- force and we'll have to contend with.

As he tries to implement obamacare so to that extent these numbers could be helpful.

But they're not going to change the law.

Yeah the law will stay the same but very least we'll have a -- much better idea in those four states of exactly.

What those residents think about the Health Care Reform -- betrays some some could get changes in the tax law.

Yeah -- -- 31 tax measures across the country -- most of those are met just to simply change state tax codes one you'll actually lowered taxes if passed and the rest will raise taxes you can see there Arizona and Arkansas both pushing sales tax increases Missouri pushing up the tobacco tax and California's propositions.

Would do -- income as well as sales tax the only one of those that's polling well.

Is the tobacco tax and measured one tax would actually go down that's or again.
