Folks and a half dozen states are set to vote tomorrow on legalizing marijuana.
In Washington Colorado and Oregon folks are considering legalizing pot for recreational use.
They would be the first to do so -- it happens.
In Arkansas Massachusetts and Montana they're considering legalizing marijuana for medical use of course the federal government still considers marijuana illegal.
And there's bound to be more controversy of these measures pass.

Florida Montana and Wyoming.
And all four states are asking their voters to reject being forced to buy health insurance but.

Before the Supreme Court ruled that Obama -- was constitutional so.
However the vote's turnout in the states it would mean the feds would likely still trump the State's listen.
If governor Romney is elected president this will be a sort of a push behind him.

But they're not going to change the law.
