If there's anyone who's -- of the last four years -- the other best we can do or.
If there's anyone who fears the American dream is fading away or if there's anyone who wonders whether better jobs and better paychecks -- a thing of the past.
Having clear and -- equipment along with the right leadership America is about to come roaring back.
And -- I was governor Mitt Romney running up the crowd in Virginia earlier today and as he continues his final swing state push on election eve.
We have the -- that his message is in fact resonating with crucial voters across the states now the latest poll from the sunshine state of Florida shows the governor Romney.
Has a five point lead over President Obama.
Joining me now is Florida senator Marco Rubio sur area on the selection they do -- -- -- I'm great it's game time -- I buy like lets it get this game on let's get the results come in and things look good in Florida if you look at Florida if you look at states like Virginia Ohio Colorado early voting you see the trends.
Democrats the president dramatically down.
Huge game -- Republicans but a lot of these polls national polls still have a close statewide polls have a close -- you interpret it.
Well I don't know about the pollsters now that I can tell you this and that is that the reason why Barack Obama blew one by such a wide margin in 2000 -- -- he ran up huge margins.
In the period leading up to the Election Day with his early voting those margins are gone I'll tell you here in Florida.
There there of margin of in terms of more Republicans and down more Democrats and a couple Republicans voting.
It's down by half -- and they're going to lose Election Day so he doesn't have nearly enough lead in terms of that registration gap going into Election Day.
And by the way all the polls show the independence in Florida are trending towards Romney.
So we don't even -- it's very possible that tonight as we -- to Election Day.
Romney could actually be up by two different 300000 votes going -- Election Day here in Florida so I feel great about Florida.
Now we're seeing similar numbers across the country in places like Virginia North Carolina.
You know Ohio even Pennsylvania where I was last Friday a thousand people showed up for around 8000 people now.
I'm within that was just a little you senator in -- important not alarming that they conservative coalition.
You know there's a lot of anecdotal evidence that I'm looking at that are telling me and you mention intensity enthusiasm.
And the -- is the poll independents.
Any even CNN -- -- up up plus eleven democratic poll that is dead even.
But you look at independents -- got -- in the fifties Obama in the thirties.
Let me show you want something from Madison Wisconsin -- back to 2004.
Bruce Springsteen out there 80000.
People.
Barack Obama this year 121000.
Or 181000 now and -- just couldn't.
-- see this all over the you don't see those crowds you don't see that enthusiasm.
That Obama had I think a large part because he hasn't been successful.
And I think that hope and change enthusiasm is kind of washed away real bad.
Why they're Bruce Springsteen has lost a lot of fans or the thrill is gone and it comes to Barack Obama and I think -- well -- other you know.
Yeah that's right and look the truth of the matter is that Obama 2008 the reason why he did so wealth -- he promised to elevate the country unite us bring us together.
He said very clearly you may not agree with me on everything but I'll bring us together and got Barack Obama -- long gone -- you have now -- a divider.
A person -- deliberately pits Americans against each other has run a very negative campaign from start to finish.
In fact is that very little talk about in terms of what -- do in the future and I think that's turned off a bunch of voters that -- -- them in 2008.
Yeah I think like a lot of people I was really surprised -- that's for sure -- -- President Obama was talking about when he talked about revenge.
But Romney campaign jumped on he said no we we ought to be voting for love of country not revenge is the -- they put out concert.
We.
Okay yeah.
We'll release you -- -- Obama said today.
They asked his supporters to vote for -- For a man.
You know move well.
Instead I asked the American people to vote for love.
What other country.
Vote for a -- what a revenge against who -- what does he want revenge against you know it's.
It's an angry campaign I mean that's pretty clear you sought in the debates -- seen it on the -- you've seen -- some of things that -- about Mitt Romney and it's you know but look I don't think they ever thought they'd be where they are right now I don't think they've ever been challenged even during the primary.
Barack Obama politically has never been where he is tonight which is on the ropes facing backlash facing a lack of enthusiasm he's never faced anything like this -- mean.
I know during the primary against Hillary Clinton had some rough days but nothing like this.
And I think you're seeing it come through and that that whole notion about revenge I think that's precisely what I'm talking about that is so different.
From the Barack Obama 2008 -- that's why you get 121000.
One thing I think there is we've there really needs to be discussion after the election.
And that is demographically.
When you look at these polls Hispanic Americans.
I think that have been targeted in a way that is untruthful lying about Republicans.
I think it's a natural constituency.
For conservatives for the Republican Party.
And still.
At least a quarter polls they'll vote Republicans could not be fixed.
Sure look I think where the party of upward mobility I think conservatism and limited government conservatism.
Is the best way to a -- upward mobility economic empowerment.
Those are the number one issues and Hispanic community.
I do think when it comes to issues like immigration and Republicans need to do conservatives need to do a better job of talking about what we are four.
Not just what were against.
We're for legal immigration we're proud of the fact that every year a million people a million people Sean.
Immigrate legally to the united -- as well Helen is no other country I was close but this is even demagogue -- to absolutely that we need.
Some comprehensive reform that does not.
For example reward or give amnesty out -- right but certainly a solution to the -- twelve million estimated people or whatever that are in this country that have been here for many years.
Well when it comes to immigration -- a lot of things that the vast majority of Americans agree on the agree on border security they agree on.
They agree on modernizing our legal immigration system.
I think these are all the kinds of things that we should be talking about.
And certainly I think there's a compassion for folks that are here.
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- She is she's doing -- -- thank you for asking -- we're -- glad to hear that nine I had the opportunity immediate family multifamily and where we're grateful that she's okay thank you fabulous thank you so much.
