Well quite an emotional speech she gave last night in Iowa tearing up a little bit.
-- -- -- that the final campaign speech of his life at least in this why in this form his campaign today issuing a release saying this.
Quote we are winning in every battleground state among those who voted early by large margins in most states.
That -- Romney needing to make got significant ground in order to tie yes.
What Ed class -- senior advisor to governor Romney's campaign is predicting a strong voter turnout today.
And he believes that's going to put Mitt Romney his candidate on top here's what he had to say earlier on.
-- We see an advantage and intensity.
For Republican self identified Republicans.
And we think turnout is going to be strong the most dangerous place to be today will be between a Republican and -- voting Booth.
And let John -- try and get between Republican in -- this.
And just -- out of that is happy to talk to Stephanie Cutter she's president Obama's deputy campaign.
Manager -- Sydney first exit question about -- Vice President Biden that Romney made this and planned trip to Ohio we just learned about yesterday during the show.
What's the deal would still -- going to Ohio why did you decide to send them.
Well just one last stop.
To make sure that everything is in order everything it's that Ohio obviously is incredibly important for either candidates prospects and we feel good about where we are.
So the vice president want to make one last stop on his way to Chicago -- should be a pretty good event and when did you decide sent to make that stop.
When did we decide to make that stop it -- just in reactors isn't it Ronnie going or is that just did you know trying to get his regardless of that.
We have decided a couple of days ago but this type of stop it's called -- off the record -- so that we don't have to interrupt traffic we don't interrupt people trying to go vote it's just a quick unplanned.
Unannounced stop to reach a couple of voters so.
It's I wish I could see that picture of the two planes on the tarmac -- did that.
Sums up what what is going on today everybody's competing for these last and for this last C voters that you -- -- look which can reach an eye on Ohio -- and where exactly is is mr.
-- going today.
I he's going to and a field office in Cleveland.
And just to touch base with our campaign workers.
And make a couple of phone calls.
So you know Ohio we we feel good about what -- we are in Ohio I heard you talking about early votes.
We banked a significant number of early votes in that state there and from what we hear turnout in Cleveland is very high which is -- it's good news simply isn't that the Republican Party says about.
About early voting they say that UN having got easy -- -- easy voters voters ever gonna vote anyways and got them to the polls early and they would have voted anyways.
For the president the Republicans say their early voters are those tax voters that maybe weren't planning on but you know weren't independence for example.
They got then to the polls and early and now they're gonna get this huge turnout.
And that's gonna win -- he stated that.
It's not true we have a specific program for early vote to go after those sporadic voters which means you probably didn't vote.
In the last election you don't vote as often as maybe some other Democrats are are independents.
So our early vote program was specifically targeted to go after those sporadic voters and that's -- we got.
In Ohio Iowa Florida North Carolina where were really exceeding -- that early about now today is the day that the traditional.
Regular democratic voters come out and that's why I think we're seeing such a high turnout in some of these traditionally democratic counties.
It is as you one final question in my shots tonight.
Is gonna be doing house social media and Twitter and things like that and -- on Twitter I follow you find out what the campaigns doing -- last night he gave an interview that said Pennsylvania is tightening.
And the Republican National Committee -- -- that out.
And then you treated Jackson Republican National Committee good lack grasping and then they treated that out and -- this whole thing going on -- sweater so.
What what what you really think about Pennsylvania and where you are right now is it -- Or are Republicans -- I think.
Republicans are grasping I think that the polls had tightened -- I didn't say that they were going to win it and I didn't think I didn't say that the election was tight there.
They're not gonna win Pennsylvania in fact I just got up the phone.
With former governor Rendell was telling me about the turnout in Philadelphia in the Philadelphia suburb which is.
Probably gonna be -- wait levels so no they're not gonna win Pennsylvania not -- think the fact that they.
Are traveling there trying to make a last ditch effort there I do think that that is grasping.
They don't have -- -- to sanity.
They're trying to create one now and I don't think it's gonna work for them -- this conversation not happen until their last night John which is why you have to get on Twitter with Stephanie.
We need everybody out get together and this is a long conversation is happening we're going to be tracking it tonight there -- election coverage Stephanie.
It's great to have you on the program and we look for an have you back -- for having me thank okay.
