Well this morning no doubt -- new questions about how the Republican Party will move forward in president Obama's second term.

Meanwhile both Democrats and Republicans praising governor Romney for a very gracious concession speech that he gave last night.

Here's part of that.

I believe that the principles upon which this nation was founded are the only sure guide to a resurgent economy.

And renewed greatness.

Good morning it's great to be here you know first of all your reaction to governor Romney speech last night what did you thank.

-- us that's fine there's a long tradition of graciousness.

One hour.

Presidential candidates on both sides concede.

It very hard for -- and they conceded.

In a certain amount of exhaust him.

And they obviously you concede with disappointment but you summon up the grace that is needed.

To.

-- due deference to the system and to -- the new president and to say things continue from here it's actually a miracle what we do.

And let you know what you're so right about that at a peaceful transition of power that we eyewitness time after time I think so many of us it take for granted.

But it is he uniquely American achievement and we're gonna watch that play out as we go through the course January.

And anything -- gonna play out -- a lot of rehashing a lot of thought process into where.

The grand old party goes from.

I'm here Peggy and I and I want to put up a couple of polls that show how President Obama and governor Ronnie did.

With Latino voters and with women voters and -- will take a look at those as they come up.

And maybe as we do that you can give a (%expletive) apps you know because even as early as last night.

I was sitting next to Ed Rollins we were doing a panel I'm Shepard Smith that broadcast coverage.

And he said you know what the GOP is to rethink the way it approaches Latinos and women what do you think.

I think yes.

I think change or die.

I think this was a really big election for the Republican Party.

I think they will have to be.

They'll what really literally have to do a big.

On what they are in the world what they seem to be in the world what -- job is in the world.

How would they are going to seek to prosper in the future.

I don't think anybody can do it right now because everybody's tired and a lot of people -- -- half the country.

Voted for just about and wore a lot of the worked hard for Mitt Romney and they're feeling disappointed at the moment they're -- sad.

But over the next few weeks they are gonna.

Have spontaneous.

Conversations.

And then have formal conversations about what.

Isn't working I don't think it would be helpful to do.

Big attacks if you know what I mean what would be helpful is to say look at the lay of the -- look at where we are look at who's been leading us what can be changed.

You know I was struck though it Tucker Carlson was here a little while knowing he was talking about how the Obama campaign was so successful.

At micro targeting -- -- when you went to that -- Democrat national convention we heard so much about.

Abortion rights and birth control and all of that a lot of people -- you know she is this really what we're talking about in this day -- age.

And those kinds of issues and then I look at the G at the GOP convention.

And you had you know Condoleezza Rice you had Ted -- you had Marco Rubio you -- Susanna Martinez you have all these people up there.

Who represents so many of these different groups not talking about being part of one of those groups but just talking about what they thought was good for America apparently that that doesn't work.

Well I'm not sure it doesn't work but look there is say -- and it I understand what you're saying about the.

Republican Convention -- two of those -- speakers in particular Condi Rice and Susanna Martinez.

My mother a long time Democrat.

Brooklyn working class Irish Catholic called me up and -- say that they are Republican I am a Republican that's the goodness but you cannot.

Dodge I think the reality that the Republican Party has a woman problem.

Men are supportive women are not you got to look at it and it it.

I suspect as the party gets itself together we'll start to think what may be as we consider that would that I -- some women in the room.
