I rented an ice cream truck and I worked two jobs make money like that and I grew my business.

Eventually after a couple years I had almost fifty trucks and -- nice -- and another company and a growing growing growing thank god through hard work.

And you know a lot of lot of trial on -- I mean -- grew and I sized -- so we're looking at some of the photos now of -- of some of -- catering -- you throw weddings birthday parties and so forth and -- you're also still in the ice cream business on mine I would never give that -- that's -- -- business for good human distributor Nassau county and it's.

Probably yet -- my favorite things I'm all about I -- myself yeah just ask -- I so how do you -- -- Right now about 550 phone -- our employees.

And on the company's and I know that you just bought a couple of new properties catering halls -- that kind of thing yes that means you need people right.

We need people but I enforce it was super songs stand the we're -- at a standstill now one of my -- is damaged and the other one people are skeptical of going forward parties I don't know if they gonna have the money their -- they're gonna get.

What about health care and and the I mean you know now who won the election that so looking into your crystal ball.

What are you gonna do over the next four years.

Now -- you have some direction because who opened you know I don't know I was.

What we're gonna do is -- a -- back now we have to be careful we can't.

We play anything that I have its margin -- and concession business I'm gonna have to cut back on anything it's risky and happen I think that risk.

I can keep any X additional help or any kind of back up help I have to be very careful.

And just do the best we cat and watch every credit -- so it doesn't sound like you're gonna run -- and do a lot of new hiring.

Now we're gonna try that we get -- again unless there's some great -- of business I can't -- a chance.
