Q we are learning tonight about new suspects in September's deadly terror attack on the US mission in Libya.

An incident about to come under extensive congressional scrutiny.

Chief intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge has the latest.

The list of suspects in the 9/11 -- -- attack now extends to a handful of militants aligned with an Egyptian group known as the -- network Fox News has learned.

The network -- is seen -- Mohammed Jamal Abu Ahmed who was released from the Egyptian killed during the Arab Spring he also has close ties to Al qaeda's leader Ayman Al zawahiri.

With three congressional hearings scheduled next week this letter from the house foreign affairs committee to Secretary Clinton.

Asked about a specific report that classified cables were available for two days this week while most senators are out -- town.
