Welcome back to foxnews.com.

Live and fox lifestyles we have got you covered when it comes to entertainment.

And things going on -- want to keep your finger right on the polls.

And what that it's movies the weather let's let's face it has at least on the East Coast not been a lot of fun so a lot of people want to get to the movie theaters this weekend and that.

Maybe you want to get sent to the movie theaters as well wherever you are and there are some really good movies coming out let's bring in.

Matt actually editor in chief of rotten tomatoes.

Right tomatoes dot com -- I was just telling people before the break this is -- my very favorite segments of the whole week.

To hear that's -- it's true it's true because -- talk about the movies that are coming not and what people are saying.

About the movies so quite honestly we don't waste our time and we make sure that -- in on the buzz of the good rising doce.

So for -- welcome happy Friday thanks for being with us as always.

And we want and that's exactly why we're here yeah.

Trying to protect people from seeing bad.

And we you know I still and we -- -- I still have to get to see -- And flight.

You know I don't want these movies to go away before they get out of the theater wanna see them in the theater.

And definitely I gotta tell you here.

In the fox studios in the streets of New York people have been talking nonstop about Lincoln.

Everybody is talking about this movie it sounds like it's a must see what say you rotten tomato man.

-- -- -- -- -- you know you have the advantage in New York are being able to see Lincoln we should warned people watching.

We can really only opening in limited release in New York an -- and may be a couple other theatres transit only and a handful of theaters this week.

But if you're New York you could see it and it's absolutely worth seeing it's a fantastic movie Daniel Day-Lewis puts in an amazing performance.

I think that really at this point the Oscar race for best actor is gonna come down to -- and Denzel Washington.

You heard it here first I think those are going to be the two favorites you know it's it it's directed by Steven Spielberg and this is a -- -- -- In development for.

You know 1015 years at one point -- Neeson was gonna play.

Lincoln but he aged out of the role it's -- Daniel -- is -- Sally Field plays Mary Todd Lincoln this cast is really are astounding.

Tommy Lee Jones shows David strip there and you've even got great actors in small parts.

Like James Spader.

-- outside Tim Blake Nelson and I Joseph Gordon-Levitt -- Lincoln signed and he has maybe fifteen lines in the whole movie wow.

But you know you're Steven Spielberg you can try to get anyone you want to come -- and do these bit parts -- your movies.

And the movie really I think is really solid it sure it's it's focused mainly -- line.

The passage of the thirteenth amendment so it's really a lot of the ins and outs of what happened in the House of Representatives.

And how Lincoln hired a lobbying firm to get this past.

You know -- -- kind of the same kind of political you know the politics that have to happen.

To pass laws now that's exactly what was happening back -- I will say one of the things that's unusual about this movie is that this is a mainstream Hollywood movie.

That really plays -- Kind of a love for the Republican Party because as we know that's the party that really pushed abolition.

You wouldn't expect out of a Hollywood movie -- these days kind of considering.

The way things get done but I think in this case you've got a really good movie it's really entertaining the language gets a little stilted at times but for the most part the critics really like it.

It's 92% or 93% of the tomato meter.

Right in the low ninety's certified fresh and absolutely a must see.

And I wanted to ask say I wanna talk about sky fall quickly but I it's I feel like it's been cracked me if I'm wrong but I feel like it's been awhile since I've seen Sally Field -- a movie.

Has a been a while.

It has been a lot you know she was an amazing Spider-Man -- You know it and I hate to put it this way you know as actresses get older it can be hard for them to transition.

Out of you know -- playing younger roles and older role she seems to be making that transition.

Okay as sky fall certainly if you see if you've seen the commercial I mean you want to jump out your window and get to the movie theater.

As soon as possible -- let's talk about James Bond.

Yeah this is a fantastic -- 93% certified fresh absolutely -- must see.

I would recommend don't read too much stay off the Wikipedia page for sky fall that'll spoil the whole movie be careful about -- views you see.

Before you see the film but it's worth seeing it's got a lot of great action but it's directed by Sam -- who brought us.

Road to perdition and American Beauty.

And revolutionary road this is a very dramatic film and a way that we haven't seen -- was spotted eagle on much more -- an emotional journey.

I really like this but I have to -- -- came out of this with a feeling similar to what I felt when I came out about and begins in that.

I was really surprised that I got a much more serious movie -- the popcorn movie I was expecting and I think that's a good thing here.

OK very good I want to put you on the spot.

If I've got you know the twenty dollar bill in my hand and I'm going out to movie this weekend if I can see Lincoln and my choice is between Lincoln and sky fall.

-- -- -- I have due to stifle really I can only isn't it you are.

No I I have to tell you I have to say sky fall because it you know it.

It's much more exciting I think the only -- good but stifle you come out of -- that feeling that you get that was a good movie like who that was a really great.

Like -- just been on a roller coaster ride I'm exactly exactly fun.
