And unlicensed illegal immigrants living in this century city of San Francisco California killed a man with his car but got to stay in the United States.

Gallo at the last second tried to make a left hand turn and they and hit him in the intersection.

The original collision didn't kill my son they were both going very slowly.
Gallows then accelerated and drove over my son's body.
And he's got stuff he couldn't go for their further because my son's helmet came off and got stuck underneath is will he backed up and drove over in the second time.
And then -- and what I believe trying to escape he then went forward again and only because a very brave.
Personally gotten out of their car and stood in front of his he -- unfortunately his tire was when my son's abdomen.
And five men had to lift the car off and it's just there.
That you son drew was -- five year look yours only was a law student and then with and we mourn his.
Rosenberg what did the federal authorities tell you after he was convicted.
Of these misdemeanors who's really charged with a felony did they tell you know there's nothing we can do -- he will stay in the United States.
Well Tom if there he was and sentenced.
I approached my a congressman Henry Waxman because I wanted to make sure.
That once Gallo was released from prison he now has -- two misdemeanors.
And under the temporary protective status law which is.
Not the least bit temporary been very protective.
He should be deported.
I'm so I asked their office to contact ice I wanted -- taken into custody the second he got out of prison and then you know go -- the deportation hearings.
They did contact ice in San Francisco.
Which told them no they weren't gonna take him into custody and they -- gonna deport them because as far as they were concerned -- -- only told one person.
And that's only one that crime of moral turpitude.
And his other misdemeanor didn't count.
And his and that's just not -- the -- And what's happened agenda -- -- announced new prosecutorial.
Guidelines by which there is a much higher threshold.
By which people are deported in America -- said that was a political move.
In an election year and frankly we're seeing the effects of what happened to one particular fan of the Rosenberg families they've.
Yeah well unfortunately this this happens to thousands of people a year.
If my son's.
Death was a it was a freak accident and you know didn't really happen a lot I wouldn't be sitting here -- and -- be dealing with -- the best I could but when I started doing research.
And I started researching unlicensed drivers not illegal immigrants unlicensed drivers took me illegal immigrants.
Thousands of people a year held every year by illegal immigrants and driving and unfortunately particularly in California but nationally.
The powers to -- -- making it easier for the drive out licenses.
And Americans need to speak up to the powers that be they can rights agenda -- -- ton of today the legal course has run the political course should begin and it should be justice.
