Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina from the fox inching weather center with your forecast for the northeast and also portions of the Great Lakes.
And we're seeing our frontal boundary pushing eastward an outstanding produce showers and storms across portions of New England.
And on -- -- five quarter incident in Atlanta but behind it says some some thing to know.
Is that temperatures are much -- were already sent -- to see some of that across parts of the Great Lakes where some high temperatures are only -- ferries across portions of the upper Great Lakes and Marquette.
38 over in Detroit and interior portions of the northeast also dealing with much cooler temperatures today 43 over in Syracuse.
41 in Pittsburgh and that's going to be this story as we head into tomorrow across portions of the animal fat quarter relatively warm right now.
In Boston we actually woke up to temperatures into the sixties the nation stay in the mid to upper fifties.
Throughout the afternoon hours as soon as cold air -- pushing behind the frontal -- some -- that rain will actually -- transition into snow.
Across portions of the seeing work -- significant accumulation expected but nonetheless.
You'll be seeing some of that white stuff coating the roadways across portions of -- -- -- so be careful.
As you head out on the roadways otherwise showers and storms from New England down into portions of Philadelphia.
And has some of those big airport hubs throughout the afternoon hours -- -- front pushes eastward.
And moves onshore by as we head into basically Tuesday evening Wednesday and very dry -- quiet high pressure moving on in on what that colder air so we're looking at a stretch.
And dry weather once our front pushes offshore as -- into basically Tuesday night throughout the day on Wednesday and even into Thursday so quiet but very cold out there.
