Do's and don'ts number one is don't mistake Pacman for food I got to admit this one had me scratching my head but affecting me.

I thought -- could well a wonderful bat man electric car for the four year old to -- -- the -- -- a lot of fun.

And that that that is a great thing to buy.

But don't confuse that with your priorities meaning your household has to operate during Christmas and a lot of folks are facing tough times right now.

And I see people literally not pay the light bill or not buy food to -- the Batman car.

All right number two don't give presents to.

Every one I know that years ago in our family we just decided to.

And not give gifts to adults really that much anymore the hard to buy for kind of any way.

-- now they are and you know it's it's just crazy you can twenty dollar yourself to death and it's.

The holiday is all about family you know Christmas times about giving about -- being with.

You know it's giving generous spirit it doesn't have to be by uncle Bob tie every year.

And so we did the same thing we -- it went where we draw.

Names and then we don't and we take care of the kids but the adults you know it's you can limit that -- what about don't treat yourself to one or two or three nice things come on days.

-- -- -- I'll tell you I'm okay with a re gifting but this me gifting stuff is cut just the opposite if that's.

Oil Soledad -- is -- -- of -- not for you to go buy yourself some things.

This is crazy 68% of Americans last year -- -- shopping outlets opens itself up to.

You're happy with that I guess OK never -- don't cover -- in -- into your house in your yard in lights is that because of the electric billion might get later.

Absolutely that's the problem you know in Italy how we want to celebrate the season and and you know more about 63 extra blow up poised to put in the front yard this time a year either -- -- it's OK to have some fun but again this needs to fit within your household budget that needs to be reasonable process -- -- wanna get in one of these emails -- Chicago has this question at a hefty mortgage payment.

Other credit card debt and three kids the lay away plans seem to be -- option to get some toys under the tree this Christmas.

What do you think I should -- all right days.

Well the lay away plan is simply where you set an item aside and then you pay -- -- weekly or monthly out of your check if there's no fees on it.

Then that's a fine way to do -- there's no argument there but if you can pay monthly or weekly on that you can also save up monthly or weekly.

In order just paid for the item and then you're not stuck with a particular item so I always okay.

As long as there's no fees it's a little constricting though right when I go Christmas shopping I won't -- myself anything because I don't -- -- feel.

-- and Dave Ramsey.

I think the -- FC again next week -- -- is.
