So this is the third year -- USAA and military comment joined was bruins' best place to come up with this sort of a list.
The first two years we focused on an older demographic your retirement.
And so those votes have certain benefits and certain outlooks that.
Are different than people that are younger than that because what's going on with necking on the war in Afghanistan a lot of people transition -- this year we focused on pre retirement.
Just veterans who are transitioning so they have different needs different things education's a bigger and bigger thing for them.
And they are probably more flexibility -- they make this transition -- -- retirees who are retired from the military in their thirties or their twenties it's a little bit different than the the average person.
So let's do at the top three let's start with Dallas Dallas we know it's a growing city would attraction which makes it attractive for the military.
Well -- all three of these top city's -- are not really military cities for say so that's what surprised us from the results cannot but Dallas particularly.
As you said it's a it's a tech centric city it's it's very clean low crime rate high population.
But the thing that works there is it's also got a high employee ability.
Very and a fairly low relatively low unemployment rate so Dallas is a great choice for those looking to make a move and Phoenix it's a lot of people buying homes there it's -- to seems to be affordable and that is also growing city.
Yes it's very affordable as you said both mortgages are cheaper cheaper.
And -- is it is lower than national average also a lot of educational opportunities and as I said in the outset.
Will looked at education heavily in this service they'll settle out of contract in jobs and a lot of the a lot of the men women seem to like that and high number of government jobs.
And the last one and this is surprising to a degree.
Pittsburgh Pittsburgh we know is going to is starting to become a booming city as they get away from steal a little bit correct.
Exactly and facts if people look at that at the top ten overall and you can see that -- USAA dot com slash best places.

And Pittsburgh is a good example of that in Pittsburgh is number one on our list this year yet it is -- did their job growth is 2% below the national job growth so go there.
