It says that your property -- you have a failure to maintain it.
That you're not abiding by building codes.
That is that stunning shot that a lot of homeowners here and breezy point queens at a Staten Island got.
When they've examine their homes these stickers on the new York city department -- buildings.
All of that agency says they're really just meant to bureaucratic -- try to document the damage but despite that folks.
Say they were shocked.
We got walk this red we have no structure damage.
We'll -- the -- -- -- to come back down.
To see that coming reevaluate the destruction they have to.
Britain have caught taking -- -- -- -- so it's like I can't get it up.
So.
I'm stuck.
Well -- -- of -- of our abilities tells us quote these violations were issued solely to document the damage that occurred and property owners will not.
Face any penalties as a result.
With some folks are taught us this morning that they were -- just some better communication.
They understand the buildings department doing that what they say they were absolutely stunned and angry I have and these stick price.
Yeah their doors because as I mean if it seems ridiculous and it defies common sense to say -- these people have been through so much was just the bureaucracy.
And you just have to deal with the bureaucracy and we have to do it because as part of the process even though it means nothing you're not going to be fine so what's gonna happen to these homes in the -- Budget the right and it shows a lot of their frustrations that are out here both here in Queens and awesome Staten Island in dealing with the loss set and the process has been going through.
What could be next over the next few months as a program of massive demolitions.
