Some of the victims of hurricane sandy -- web experience.

It is a notice of deficiency from that apartment buildings and says you are hereby notified there's a deficiency at this address.

The folks here just can't.

Believe I think the city needs them.

A spokesman for the department of buildings says quote these violations were issued solely to document the damage that occurred.

A property owners will not face any penalties as a result.

They'll say as part of the bureaucratic process to try and assess all the damage here from -- hurricane sandy from both ends queens and also in Staten Island.

Homes and buildings are uninhabitable.

And may have to be demolished they're considering some massive demolish means of a some buildings and Staten Island and elsewhere about 200 -- -- sometime in the next few months.
