A wonderful program to tell you about here at the Fox News Channel called the -- apprentice program.

It was created by our own chairman and CEO Roger -- to promote diversity inside the broadcast -- so yesterday we showed you.

Highlights of this year's graduation ceremony featuring keynote speaker reverend Jesse Jackson but now we'll hear from the -- -- themselves since joining us are the 2012 graduates Carolina Sanchez.

Actually -- All right Kelly let me start with you what qualities do you think you need to exhibit to become part of the -- practice program.

I think you have to have really.

Great work ethic we have to be a leader -- to have a serious passion for what you're doing we have to be hungry.

Far more.

And I think that's something that we all have something that my mentor rotten butter -- oh that's wonderful.

I you know I think our impression is that oh you just get to go be -- practice and you get to focus on not full time but some of you have fulltime jobs -- -- what was it like.

To be in the apprentice program want you had a full time job.

-- that's the thing.

I mean you never for not one daylight not ones do you get a sort of get out of your day to day duties.

That which comprises -- lively lead free card every day you came to work you were both hats you perform the duties of your job.

And then -- -- -- apprentice on top of that and so it took.

If you had it -- your time in its heels in college and this -- the time to do it because you are we were master Douglas we did it all.

That's great that's great skill for the future and -- we saw yesterday your graduation ceremony looked very cool star studded.

Tell us what you got out of the graduation sermon.

First of -- so much fun it was amazing I -- because at the Academy Awards actually.

Can't free speech in front of reverend Jesse Jackson -- David -- and so.

It was actually rewarding it was a great time we had so much fun.

And we so hope deserved to have believes it's.

-- -- -- help us understand what the ultimate significance.

Of this -- at practice programs but also meant.

Purpose of the program of the -- that propelled the next level -- media professionals had their excellence I think this amp has been a great job of mixing talent diverse city.

And just like Catalina said just that hunger and desire to really really take your career to the next level so the program really represents limitless opportunities for all of us and it's just been a great great great experience -- -- are also present at your great representatives.
