After contesting election results for the past two weeks my next guest is now conceding the race for -- eighteenth district was democratic challenger Patrick Murphy.

Well this thing was that we took it up to the certification deadline then saint Lucie county.

They ended up certify results from about a week ago which had a survey point 58%.

Final certification report which they admitted had irregularities.

-- -- what we were very successful in doing showing that there.

There's some issues as far as the voting.

Contention there at Saint -- accounting.

But you don't wanna draw this out too long prolong a protracted.

Case you -- -- make sure that the people do have some representation upstairs CB eighteen.

And so that's why we accepted the the results that they posted albeit that -- -- some issues with it and we will prepared to move all.

So what does that mean I mean you're one of the best known certainly one of the most conservative members of the house represented you have your own constituency which will come with you.

Wherever you go what are you gonna -- Well we've got a great amount of support down -- of South Florida across the state of floor across the country.

And right now the most important thing is to enjoy -- you know Thanksgiving with the family -- my youngest daughter when I was sixtieth birthday on Saturday.

So we have to sit down will pray and we'll discuss is a family as far as where we go.

-- would make that decision but understand this you can continue to fight for conservative principles and values for the restoration of this constitutional republic.

You don't have to have a title to -- do their best to greatness of this republic -- that the citizens really do have the power to.

Make an effect upon the government and that's what we will continue to do is -- Fight for the liberties and freedoms and democracies that we enjoy.

So I was speaking foreigners in the Fort Myers airport this morning in four different literally for from people -- me conservatives to spirited.

-- what happened they ask and -- I'm not sure I know the answer.

But they felt like they lost.

A couple weeks ago while election night what -- lessons that you're taking from this election.

Well I think that we have to do an even better job I think that previous segment where you talked about.

The DNC chair talk about racism we have to go back and study -- -- -- rules for radicals and understand the tactics being used by the liberal progressives.

They would have to look at how do we breakdown this collective -- -- that they are using.

In that they're able to -- different groups against each other we have to talk about policy like David -- say it.

They really -- -- the Dallas for us what economic security energy security and national security means to every single year American in this country.

So I think we need to do a better job clearly stated that.

And last thing I think we need to do a better job protecting our minority conservative candidates.

Is very interest in to hear the Democrats talk about racism.

They said nothing and when they were running as of may with a gold tooth -- white women or they take a distinguished military veteran then they run as calling a war criminal.

I guarantee you if Republicans would do -- that to a black Democrat candidate.

You would have heard Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton many others coming down here.

But the duplicitous hypocrisy that they leave bill allows -- we're gonna have to expose that.

And and yet the president won 96%.

Of the black vote in this economy which any -- you read it is hit black voters disproportionately hard really -- Why -- Does that.

Well I -- -- wanted to once again we have not done a good job of countering.

There are very hateful rhetoric fifth pretty much so demonize -- and Republicans.

We have lost our Republican history -- fourth while the Republican Party was established in the first place.

-- is the abolition of slavery.

Our civil rights legislation history that we need to bring to the forefront once again to talk about.

You know how we want to make sure that everyone is a part of the opportunity society and other dependency society.

When you talk about the 4% decrease in the median family income across United States America.

That's an 11%.

Median family come.

Decrease for black families and so those are the type of very critical points we need to bring out to the black community.

To let them know that there can be a better path especially small business growth and development.

So let me ask for the fiscal cliff you're still a member of congress this and you you -- you will be till January this is something that you'll be voting on.

We're getting all kinds of indications from the Republican caucus in the house that they are ready to accept tax increases are there any Republicans in the congress you're aware of who are willing to go over the fiscal cliff.

Rather than keep to the president's demands for higher taxes.

Well I think -- of people that -- her willing to go the fiscal cliff senator patty -- for Washington said that.

Because they have one intended purpose and that's to raise the tax rates look Tucker if you raise the -- top two tax brackets from 33 to 37%.

35 to thirty -- point 6% you're only getting 85 billion dollars of additional revenue annually.

That only takes care of the net interest of our death for ten days that only will love service the federal government for about 21 -- -- are four billion a month.

So this is a gimmick and we need to be able to articulate that.

What we have to do is listen to the National Federation of Independent Businesses and no small business owners and make sure that we protect them.

So we -- have production and manufacturing once again an economic growth.
