Thousands of egyptians are taking to the streets they are angry about a new decree by president Mohamed -- and his government.

That exempts -- -- and his allies from judicial review we have new images from Cairo's -- rear square.

President -- spoke out to the crowd in front of the Presidential Palace earlier today.

He insists that his new decree is only temporary and is designed to prevent supporters of the ousted President Hosni Mubarak.

From blocking his reforms -- KT McFarland to Fox News.

-- analyst and a former deputy assistant secretary of defense in the Reagan administration and Wally Ferris is a Fox News Middle East and terrorism analyst thank you both for joining us.

So -- -- decree is not sitting well obviously with many egyptians the protesters say.

He's watching a crew becoming a -- a dictator they are demanding that he resign KT what do you make of all this.

Worry it's he's got control the legislature he's the president as controlling executive branch.

He has control of the military now because about a couple of weeks months ago he put in and the military -- check out.

What his guys in the military and now what he's trying to do is neuter the judicial branch another reason we can't take over the judicial branch make sure that it hasn't.

Have you got it -- after him -- he is setting himself up as a new -- -- now why is this important wise is important jobs.

Because Egypt is attracting get its fiscal -- it has economic crisis on the horizon they can't -- their people they can't give them fuel.

They don't have transportation fuel and with out a foreign assistance.

The Egyptian government and we're -- himself is gonna face a lot more demonstrations even went to the streets eighteen months ago because they didn't have jobs just think how angry -- -- going to be if they don't have food.

Right well lead actually just a few days ago marked a year since those deadly clashes right there into rear square.

45 people dead and back then they were protesting against mercies predecessor Hosni Mubarak.

And earlier this week.

The protesters were out again demanding that Marcy hurry up and green Mubarak's police.

To justice.

Now as we mentioned earlier mercy says that's actually the goal of this decrease trying to speed up justice eliminate legal obstacles that are hindering them is there any validity to that.

Well look those -- -- that you see now on the streets of parenting news where are the original weights.

That descended on to his square two years ago -- are.

The young people the second -- -- formats the anti dictatorship.

People who began the Arab Spring but slowed and -- the Muslim Brotherhood the -- of the would be president today bypassed them.

And got the power -- he has mentioned.

Now the masses are realizing that they know president.

Democratically elected new presidents to Morsi.

Is heading with the Egypt the rule that we establish an authoritarian regime of course the decree that he's establishing its -- him.

But -- you can stay put another ten to twenty years.

He is claiming that he want to oppose the members of the Mubarak because supporters when you could use this also -- -- the Egyptian youth against women against minorities so they they know.

That he's trying to establish a dictatorship what -- say authoritarian form of regime and got marching against a very very.

-- in the process now that you ensure our RKT have mercy of course a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.

The protesters concern here is that he would impose his Islamist vision.

On all of Egypt it's the crowd is growing here -- we could have an all out revolution.

Case what you think of successor.

Might take his plates.

Well here's what you worry about -- hand.

That no real successor takes its place that it becomes chaos if you look at all the Arab Spring countries you know it all started out.

A year and a half ago -- -- get rid of the dictators.

-- in their place we'll be democratically elected leaders.

-- look bright for the rights of their people and economic opportunity and treat all people legally.

-- what has happened in most of the countries is -- that Arab Spring that notion of democratic revolution has been swept aside.

Had a revolution as a three act play act one get rid of the dictator act -- it's the turn of the reformers to govern and they often don't get it right.

An act three -- As in this case is when many dictator comes that it imposes -- -- -- now why it's important in Egypt because Egypt is the largest most powerful country the country that others in the region look to.

So what you're seeing in Jordan right now.

There's that king demonstrations against the king.

Arab Spring coming in Jordan will Jordan be toppled so you could have the chaos.

And the pro Islamic yes anti American anti Israeli government's spring up in all of these countries so.

In a short period of time it's gone from stability to chaos.

Pro Americans anti American and Israel's increasingly surrounded you know all right -- -- Egypt brokered the current cease fire between Israel and Gaza.

But the Muslim Brotherhood leader said that he doesn't actually accept that agreement.

That Mohamed Morsi sponsored so dissension in his own party as well.

No it doesn't happen like this within the Muslim Brotherhood or the islamists -- organizations it's all coordinated.

The president who is Muslim Brotherhood is the head of state of Egypt.

He basically sponsored or moderate that this agreement because he's gonna get dividends from the United States.

He's gonna get money from the from that it's it's going to be very difficult to go to congress now and say all of -- -- send money to Morsi.

So he -- that.

And then the members of the sport bureau of his leadership are gonna came couldn't regain credibility from the masses from the in his own adherents and supporters but that and -- all we don't let this agreement guess what.

It's always spokespersons on TV and I was on -- feeling that happened what criticizing the United States with significant that was in Cairo.

-- could play the double game very -- for them.

All right interesting art Wally Ferris KT McFarland thank you so much giving your analysis of breaking developments going on right now in Egypt thank you.
