Powers.
Ambassador -- and -- women's a former Israeli ambassador to UN a Fox's contributor he's live until Reid.
Bit of a delay on the signal so bear with us here first on Egypt.
What comes of this -- disagreements.
In that country announcer.
Well good morning bill and one thing is very clear following your last segment and that is that the Egyptian people.
Did not win the tackle.
-- this is not with the Egyptian people want to that this is not why the young people went to the fields where they want to democracy and freedom they want the -- and education.
And instead they go up another regime which is really having a stranglehold on -- -- that this polygraph.
So I don't think this book.
Really bodes well for office shows the world I think.
What a tough neighborhood we live in and the fact that the Israel and the is the only through democracy.
And the region and the only ally the United States can reliable.
And I feel the Egyptian -- -- she did today I think the US -- -- cheated because this is what they go up in Raton -- Mubarak.
And I just hope that democracy and the young people of Egypt who yearn for freedom will prevail ultimately.
Well -- has the power now unless you pull another true I mean he's gonna he's gonna do what he needs to do or feels -- he needs to do in that country.
It will be very interest and see how that affects the border crossing in -- -- that that area -- -- -- Sinai and Gaza which I know you have protested against.
For months now suggesting that weapons are going in the Gaza now on the issue of Gaza and Hamas the cease fire appears to be holding.
Is there any suggestion that it will not -- Well it's been -- for a few days but we are.
Holding -- breath and we are very cautious and very dubious about it because or it will take is one rocket from Hamas to break the cease fire.
Because we will not take another rocket which will then -- it can develop bonus -- and try and kill our children.
Or -- citizens so this this is a very -- drug ceasefire.
And we do not trust Hamas and we do not trust.
That -- organization which is intent on destruction and bloodshed.
To keep its word if it does there will be quiet and the people of gov -- at the end have a life like the people in the West Bank.
-- enjoying freedom and and much met the standard of living and quality of life.
I hope the people in -- want that does well and if they do.
They should make and hold Hamas accountable and prevent it from any further terror activities and any -- the rocket just.
Let me come back to Hamas and Gaza in a moment after we talk about the issue of Iran.
Senator McCain just said yesterday Iran needs to be taught a swift lesson about arming Hamas.
But even as those words are made public nothing seems to happen beyond more sanctions and more talk.
Will that change.
I very much hope it changes bill I mean I -- spoken about the tough neighborhood we live in.
And the renewed bully and that the neighborhood is you run you run is the main perpetrate the harbor refinements there and generate -- of terror.
-- -- the world it is the sponsor.
Of both Hamas and Hezbollah.
Hamas has truly just the bloody proxy of Iran in the region and I hope very much that Iran.
Look the lesson from the last confrontation because its proxy.
Was beaten very very badly and in fact you run is the main loser of this conflict both politically.
And militarily politically because the truce was -- he broke good.
By countries who are.
Very bit their opponents of Iran especially Turkey and Egypt what trying to regain the leadership not -- of the Arab world -- both the Muslim world.
And militarily again because that proxy was beat console also they should realize that this -- to be just the preview.
The looked awaits them if they continue on don't you -- west of they do rial.
There -- terrorist proxies in the region we will not stand still for it we would not let this happen.
I have hope that the international community had the lead -- the US would not let Iran either -- -- the terrorists and the reason to stop and -- the region.
And certainly not continue on its quest for nuclear -- -- back these salt it shall be stopped and if nobody had stopped them we will.
Back in the Gaza now Hamas says you must lift the blockade around the Gaza Strip.
Will that happen.
It will not happen as long as Hamas and then -- is intent.
On destroying his royal.
And on shutting Israel and want to relocate to open and to be lifted only because it wants to smuggle and bring in more longs.
Into Gaza we do not want to punish the people of Gaza we have nothing against the citizens of Gaza in fact.
They -- hospital of Hamas and -- there.
In what Hamas create -- to be the world's largest prison.
In fact that may put lives over miss than if you go to sleep with a miss don't be surprised if you don't wake up in the morning.
So we will be happy if there is really peace and live there it is really quiet to make their life for the people of Gaza.
Much more bearable and much better because I believe that there higher this time of living.
The lower the level of violence but first they have to get rid of that terror organization.
Hamas otherwise that life will be horrible.
And we will not to lift the blockade and risk the lives -- -- citizens just to make Hamas happy.
