-- it -- no shortcuts no short term fixes it's the only way to think about it to said the town to keep them off on told told.

And here Weight Watchers CEO David -- -- Washington it's really the only way to start cutting a deal.

Good to have you going to be here for Oz now why would the head of Weight Watchers.

The so fired up about Washington getting its act the government did.

Like a lot of people because problems have to start getting soft I mean we've we've.

-- -- political season and it's gone it's behind us.

But of -- hope that everybody has.

Is that people are gonna finally once and for all come together and actually sort working through problems and doing jobs would have made him.

Well that's not good.

But but -- isn't like there's so many people sort of people go to -- -- -- well yeah I mean -- I have two concerns.

As as do frankly most studio's first off should -- tumble over the fiscal cliff.

Bob the concerns are the impact of that's gonna have first and foremost on the -- -- on a -- this morning that it could take 200 billion dollars out of your consumer economy that's bad.

The other people stop -- yep exactly considered -- project open metropolis and a bunch of you know bad second -- over -- for what they get a deal where it's disproportionately.

Affects sights.

The question there would probably be one who's.

Income is being affected who -- -- attack sites and are those the people that are spending money on database stuff.

-- so a hike on the on the -- -- would have less impact it's limited to the -- to do then that happened.

For I think most consumer facing companies most consumer product companies there -- probably say yes it was probably true.

Now the effect that that has on the longterm and from capital formation and everything else is a completely different subject but if you're asking short short term.

Macroeconomic effect I think that's what's first and foremost in people's mind the other things on people's minds -- health care system broken.

But I would imagine in your -- is -- more town.

-- who -- -- -- immediate vision we feel that we can be part of the solution that because things -- could be severe so significant drivers of chronic disease.

And we've got to scalable effective solution that can actually drive against that but a lot of your customers are Wilson fearing attack sites and -- -- it costs associated that's right.

You know so muted kind of cuts both ways swimming more aware of -- what I'm worried about the short term -- -- economic effect.

I'm optimistic very -- -- can get together and begin actually reconstructing health care in a way that drives a digital watches and and you've seen these -- -- look at how young I am I had a -- on what you're competent and actually.

That.

The fiscal -- deal could be done and healthcare thing can work out.

Some folks -- I think the health care -- tougher in many respects because it's fundamentally going from a fee for service world.

-- world in which would call population health where where you have effectively particularly doctors.

And patients coming together to do you know.

We have care delivered and be purchased in a much better way.

That prevents disease encourages people to adopt better -- -- everything else.

The sort of striving to dance diabetes cardiovascular disease -- Roosevelt had some things are driving health care across -- -- -- Let alone all the rampant and efficiencies and -- -- -- we were watching our health care programs and so there's a company.

Going up double digits most years you and -- that's a problem.

All right David thank you.

Very much -- data -- -- the Weight Watchers.

CEO he does not have a weight.

Have had a good to have one -- one but don't now that's regrettable but anyway I -- -- if our Democrats setting.
