-- sheriff's office admitted Sunday -- key evidence in the Casey Anthony murder trial might have been missed.
Detectives overlooked a Google search on the Anthony family computer.
For full proof suffocation that was made the last day two year old.
Cabling was seen alive.
So could this bombshell had changed the outcome of the murder case -- right now -- is Casey Anthony's lead defense attorneys and the author of presumed guilty.
Casey Anthony the inside story Jose by assurances from beautiful Miami Jose thanks very much for -- Good morning Steve okay so the way we understand it the cops -- they Anthony family computer looked at it.
And that the investigator just look at the the Internet browser.
The Internet Explorer and saw about a dozen dozen and have things that they made a note up.
Didn't look into the fire fox.
Browser which had more than 12100 entries including the search for.
Foolproof.
Suffocation.
Now had they brought that up you would think that there could have the kind of made up.
I don't think so it in fact.
The actual computer searches in the evidence that results from the computer.
Benefits the defense more than it does the prosecution.
And what's being reported is that they didn't look at the Mozilla Firefox -- and when -- -- that's not true.
They scan the entire computer and did and -- print out a scan of the activity so they knew all of the Internet and computer activity.
Throughout the entire day and they did a complete time line.
I think and it is my opinion that this information was kept from the defense because.
If it destroyed completely the prosecution's time line.
That Casey Anthony left at 1250 that day that's what's pointed the finger directly case because she was last seen.
With Caylee was she was alive who should last seen by and that was George Anthony leaving -- house 1250.
But there's computer activity throughout the day right so what what the problem that the prosecution had is.
They can't have the -- -- needed to she either left the house -- or certain that or someone is lying about -- time they saw Caylee -- Here's the thing Jose you know edit it for instance in our house.
We use different browsers I use the fox fire at our house on the big computer and and my kids use the Internet Explorer.
At the Anthony house apparently Casey.
Could use the Firefox and the rest of her family used.
The Internet Explorer it was on the Firefox where where apparently full proof suffocation was -- That's not true -- in fact there are other searches that they recovered from the Mozilla Firefox.
That was on that computer so.
To say well they didn't they didn't search they completely forgot that there is.
Firefox browser on this computers is completely inaccurate Jose why why -- actually -- -- why does somebody.
The -- that -- the little girl went missing why did somebody and who at that house looked up fool proof suffocation.
You know that's that's a great question and that's something I laid out in my book.
What's -- -- you know it really is speculation the only thing you can never put someone behind a computer and say this person read this search and did this.
And that's the biggest thing that a forensic experts will tell you.
But in my book I laid out the different arguments from both sides and basically say you you know you can argue Casey did it.
But of course did the there's testimony that she left the house so who did this -- and I go it's the actual profiles to give you a little bit of a better example what are your class Jose what -- your client would have been the one who who did that search.
Well you know I I don't get it's what it's you know there's.
No indication and I had absolutely nothing for my -- that told me that she -- searches so.
You know I I can only go by what the evidences.
And you know she didn't testify in this case so it if it -- be be corroborated.
It can't be it can't it can only be speculated.
And that's what came out in this case and that you know a lot of speculation.
And what's been reported about the search is completely false these were suicide related searches.
And -- your father was contemplating her father George was thinking about calendar itself.
What he actually attempted suicides and you've -- several months later okay so you know I it it it just calls for nothing but speculation.
However the timeline of this case is what's most important fact.
And if you have computer activity that shows completely the opposite.
Of what the testimony is that I I have to argue it helps that the -- more than anything.
Right interesting conversation with him by its interest -- Miami sir thank you very much.
Thank you Steve you.
