Emotionally stable so that when -- stressful situations come up with the store at the moment whatever or even a family gathering that you are.

Maintaining a balance and and thing.

And from people this time of year the spiritual component is very important -- well.

Yeah I -- one of the things as we we have to start thinking of fitness isn't just physical -- covers your physical intellectual emotional and spiritual side so you need to pursue fitness and that spiritual side as well so.

Lots of great opportunities to get out and serve but we really try to get people to be inspiring time you're so when you're volunteering for the Salvation Army or any event.
